Got a good night's sleep. Quiet. Good bathroom, good shower, comfy beds.

Breakfast was good.

The pillows were awful. There were only 2 and were the size of a child's pillow. Disappointed didn't sleep well.

nice and comfortable , the staff is super friendly, we arrive early and do all the checkin process and they keep our luggage until 1 am that we came back

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was great.

I was charged significant extra charges AFTER my booking was confirmed. And apparently after the booking was confirmed it really wasn't confirmed because they sent me an email to confirm whether I agreed to the extra charges. I didn't see this email because I thought my booking was confirmed and was in transit. There was a cafeteria-like eating area... no dining room and no lounge. I tried a salad from the menu the evening I arrived... asked if I could get a vinaigrette dressing... they said yes... there was no vinaigrette on the salad they served... they added fruit to the salad that wasn't on the menu... looked like fruit was from the breakfast buffet... I asked for a vinegar... all they had was balsamic... this salad was very pricey for what I got... on the positive side presentation of the salad was great. I didn't try the breakfast... signs indicated the price of the breakfast and it was not communicated that it was included... I was not going to pay for any more food after the salad experience. Room did not have any drinking glasses or amenities like shampoo/conditioner... just liquid soap dispensers. Couldn't get the room heating/cooling to work properly. There were stains on the bed linens... they appeared clean but were stained. Very compact room and closet was very very small... this wasn't a concern for me but if two guests are staying for any length of time... not good.

Rooms were nice size and clean. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly.

This is a really convenient location to 15D and because of this we have stayed here in the past. The rooms are tiny but enough for a place to sleep. It’s very quietThe parking is excellent and we love that it’s within walking distance to the Galleria Mall. There you can find an ATM if you need pesos and we also always have dinner at The Fish Market. Great margaritas and we love the Shrimp and Chips. The Shrimp are lightly breaded and huge!

The bed was SO uncomfortable! We had the worst night’s sleep because of that and woke up with back aches. Not sure what happened, because when we stayed here three months ago we had a room with a decent bed, which is why we decided to stay again. Also, we have been there twice now and have never seen the on-site restaurant open.

The room and bathroom were to small for 4 people.

The a/c works well and the staff is quite friendly.

Rooms are small, no amenities are provided (no shampoo, no hand towels, no iron, no extra towels, pillows, or blankets). More attention needs to be paid for cleaning, the shower wasn't clean and the sheets have stains on them. Not something I would expect from a hotel like this. The pet deposit is very high (for us it was $1000 pesos), although it is refundable if there's no damage to the room.
