Fully equipped, centrally located and close to Armidale Hospital
Superbe chalet de 4 chambres. Belltrees est un chalet entièrement équipé et bien équipé avec une variété d'équipements de type hôtelier, y compris WIFI et machine à café. Du thé, du café et quelques produits pour le petit-déjeuner sont fournis ainsi que quelques friandises supplémentaires. Un poêle à bois ambiant avec du bois disponible pour un temps plus frais que le climat de la Nouvelle-Angleterre est réputé. Il y a aussi une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pour un usage privé.
La localité est dans le centre d'Armidale, à quelques pas du CBD, des restaurants, des pubs et des cafés. C'est un jet de pierre pour les hôpitaux locaux et de nombreuses pratiques médicales. Belltrees Cottage est en face de Lambert Park qui a une fabuleuse aire de jeux pour les enfants et est également à 5 minutes en voiture de UNE. Un parking hors rue est disponible avec un abri couvert pour deux véhicules.

Belltrees is a lovely cottage for the extended family. Stayed with our adult children for a family wedding. Handy having the second toilet! Our second stay here. Kitchen well appointed, comfortable lounges. A great stay!

Misleading. Only one entrance in and out, back doors locked no keys. No fire or safety precautions or instructions in place (no law).
Window internally do not open. No provisions for a dog - Bed bowl etc yet charged $30 per night. Outside deck in need of repair front door screen ripped in several places. The bedrooms were nicely done but no wardrobes and PowerPoints in wrong places.
Overpriced for this property and not safe.

A really great stay. Thanks Kate. It’s an old house but you have made it welcoming and a lovely place to stay. Warm and friendly. Little touches from Kate make all the difference. Don’t have any negatives. We had a great weekend.

Asked for sone additional blankets and woods and Kate was very attentive and delivered as promised.

A quaint period house well maintained with all the basics needed for a self contained stay (just bring your food). A couple of minor glitches were rectified immediately by our host which was above and beyond what we expected over a weekend. Beds were comfy and warm and the fireplace kept the living area toasty at night. There was an AC to take any chill off the space first thing in the morning. We will definately be trying to book this one next time we are in Armidale.

Very Pretty
A lovely old home in nice and quiet location and really well furnished and resourced. Armidale was very cold during our stay and with the exception of the lounge with the fire and aircon the rooms were chilly. However, the electric blankets were very toasty. A nice place to stay.

great stay after a problem with no wood for fireplace on arrival
comfortable house but cold in winter.The front room you can hear the electrical meter box humming.No wood for fireplace. Bought some at petrol station when told on enquiring twice that we would get some the next night.

We really enjoyed our stay at Armidale. Beautiful house, nice and clean, comfortable beds and plenty of heating. Would highly recommend staying here and we'll definately stay here when next in Armidale.

An Older House, great for max 4 adults
The house has the floor board, the board made noise when people walk on it.There is only one bathroom for 6 people in the house. Other than that, it is a decent older house.

Lovely weekend
We had a wonderful time hiking and Eating our way around Armidale and surrounds. The house was lovely and the fireplace was so cosy in the evenings. We had a wonderful time

Relaxing and cosy Stay
Everything is thought of in this beautiful cottage. From the warm fireplace on arrival, to the sourdough and pantry full of essentials. It snowed between Guyra and Glen Innes when we stayed, so it got extremely cold and we were always warm and cozy with the fire, air conditioning and heaters in the rooms. As well as the electric blankets on the beds. It is extremely clean and it felt like home for the week. We loved how close it was to the CBD. We would definitely stay here again.

Kate’s house was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Close to the hospital and easy walk into town. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Kate also left some tasty goodies for our breakfast. The attention to detail in the house was exceptional. Having an extra toilet in the laundry was handy when travelling in a group. We loved this cottage

Loved our stay at Belltrees. Two nearby pubs do great food and 5-6 mins stroll into town. Loved the welcome food pack and milk in the fridge - the loaf of bread was really lovely. I would definitely stay here again.
