The bed wasn't comfortable

There was an issue with double booking but it got resolved quickly. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The house is as advertised and clear. The location is near shopping centres and a bus station so that was also a 10. The owner also allowed us to extend our stay and made the transaction easy.

The location was perfect for visiting family in hospital, was only accomodation with save parking, no breakfast, but in these times of loadshedding, there should be backup for wifi and tv, also some sort of cooking facility eg gas for making coffee or tea, and a bathmat at the shower would be brilliant due to the extremely slippery floor when wet, but the staff are superb, cleaning the room the next morning was so brilliant and unexpected, but very gratefull and also conveyed it to her, a very friendly lady with the most beautiful smile.

Personally, I would have prefered a superking duvet cover and inner on the king bed, would look better and sleep better the extra wiggle room, the as mentioned above, a bath mat at the shower and basin would be brilliant, the tiles in the shower are extremely slippery when wet, the lack of any form of backup to wifi and tv, and no facility to make tea of coffee during loadshedding, that was a real bummer in 4hours of shedding.
