Stayed here w/ my husband and 4 teenage kids and everyone agreed it was the best place we’ve ever stayed in our 18 years of visiting N.Conway. The owners have thought of everything. The place is so thoughtfully furnished to be both comfortable and functional. The layout and bedrooms are perfect for mixed-generation groups. Plenty of space for us to all get together or to do our own thing. The decor is your traditional ski-house but with some cool art pieces mixed in here and there. There are plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, closet space, hooks, and storage areas. We had no issues whatsoever but if we had, Penney would have helped us right away. Any questions we had were immediately answered.
This was a super hot July and I need air conditioning or I’m not having a good trip. While there is not central air here, there is an ac on each level and they kept the house cool. The loft was hot but we used some of the zillion provided fans to direct some of the AC up there. It cooled off at night anyway. Note that the AC on the floor with the 3 bedrooms is actually in one of the bedrooms, so whoever is in there might want to leave the door open to cool off the other rooms. This is all only important during a heat wave. But I figured I’d mention it in case you’re like me and need sub zero temperatures to be happy.
Parking for 3 cars was great as we were all coming from different places. Check in was super easy.

Absolutely wonderful property
A beautiful property with plenty of amenities! We went on a family vacation and this house had everything we needed! It was a delight working with Penny. Easy check in process, kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our family and lots of space! Very clean and well kept house with plenty of room for everyone. They had board games and an air hockey table for the family to play together during our down time. We will definitely stay again.

Summer getaway
The condo was easy to locate, and access was exactly as instructed. It is was clean and ready for use. Furnishings show some wear but everything worked as it should, and that made for a comfortable stay. It was super convenient to everything in North Conway, and worked well for what our plans were this trip. It would be a great spot if you where looking to ski, but also worked for our summer getaway. I would consider this location again.

Beautiful setting in wooded area. Clean beautiful house, very spacious, undated with game room and hot tub. I would highly recommend staying at this property. I would rent this property again.

Great Stay in North Conway
Very attractive property conveniently located just outside North Conway.
Is as advertised. Clean and well-kept. Spacious, comfortable and well-furnished. Exterior just got new paint job.
We stayed in early August. Had great time kayaking and hiking.
Owners Penney and David were pleasant, helpful, and responsive.
Very few negatives. If anything, back patio could use a little work.
Overall, had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

Late summer stay

We spent five days at this house in North Conway. Everything was very smooth. Great location for nearby hiking and other activities in the White Mountains. The place has lots of nice amenities like a grill and hot tub outside. Would definitely recommend this to others.

Fourth of July Get Away.
First let me say that Penny was a pleasure to deal with. Every e-mail or call was answered promptly. The property was everything you could ask for. Large open concept with a beautiful kitchen and dining area. Plenty of room for a large group. The hot tub was awesome. Tons of games and an air hockey table for the kids. The location to town was minutes away. We'd love to come again!!!

The Casey Compound had it all! Open floor plan on the main level, which was good for eating and gathering. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms...perfect for a large group. Penney (owner) was great to communicate with and we would love to return next fall!

Having a large family, we need a place that's spacious. This place didn't disappoint. Plenty of room for all of us. Beautiful open kitchen/living room to socialize after a long day of site seeing. Nice deck with grill to have nice barbecues instead if eating out. All the comforts of home. Plenty of space to sleep 10 people. The game room with the air hockey table was lots of fun for all ages. The family had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone, and would stay here again. Thanks to the Casey family for a home away from home.

The Casey retreat on Cranmore Mountain in the White Mountains has everything a family or a group of friends would need for a week or weekend retreat. As soon as you enter this lovely appointed and spacious house you feel the pride that the owners have in making your stay memorable. The interior cleanliness and the peaceful surroundings make your getaway an experience to remember. We hope to return in the winter to experience a different season.

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owners are very accommodating and fast to respond to any questions/concerns we had. Plenty of space, many amenities, and very comfortable with full kitchen and porch grill. Hot tub was a plus for late night relaxation! It was a very hot/humid week, and the new air conditioning fixed wall units one on each floor did fairly well, which is hard to find. 10 min to Storyland and under an hour with a beautiful drive past Mt. Washington to Santa's Village for kids. Our family loved the stay and appreciated the hospitality. Thanks!!

Great Weekend in North Conway
Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect and it was a nice quiet private neighborhood. Kitchen is well stocked and the Casey's were very easy to communicate with and very helpful!!! Highly recommend this rental

Great location with plenty of space for everyone!
We rented this amazing condo for almost a week and could not have been happier. The owners were extremely responsive and easy to work with. The location is central to everything including Storyland, Cranmore, Echo Lake and downtown North Conway. The house itself was beautiful and well equipped with everything you could need. There is plenty of room for multiple families, allowing everyone to have their own room. The kids and parents, alike, are counting down the days until we can return next year. I can't recommend this house enough!
