The condo is clean, located in the town, and stocked with everything we needed. Ciro was a great host and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

This condo not only in the perfect location, it is well-appointed, clean, and comfy. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in cute little Saugatuck.

This is an excellent unit. The amenities were very good. The second floor deck has a lovely view of the lake and great seating for a group to visit and chat in the fresh air. ALSO it is good that the rental unit/bldg. behind this Vrbo has a 10pm curfew on the swimming pool and whirlpool, so that noise drops dramatically. Walking to nearby restaurants and shopping is only one or two blocks. We look forward to returning.

Our first trip to Saugatuck was wonderful! Our host, Ciro, was extremely responsive and accommodating leading up to our arrival and throughout our stay. Check-in and parking were a breeze. The condo was immaculate and exactly as shown in the photos. We spent most of our time on the rooftop patio, enjoying the beautiful weather we had. The beds were super comfy, and we all slept great! The location of this place is perfect—steps away from shops, restaurants, and the water. We had a great stay and will recommend it to everyone looking for a fabulous place to stay in Saugatuck. We'll certainly be back. Thank you!!

My family was in town for a Wedding and enjoyed our stay April 26th - 28th. The owner was very helpful and sent a list of things to do nearby. The location couldn't be better for walking around town. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor seating was a bonus. I highly recommend this property and would stay again.

This darling apartment is located in the heart of downtown Saugatuck. Everything is walkable! The rooftop patio has a beautiful view of the river. Three bedrooms/two full bathrooms, gathering space with bonus futon, and kitchen make it fully functional for a family/group. Ciro, the owner, is so kind, quick to answer questions, and extraordinarily accommodating - bending over backwards to make certain your visit is comfortable and enjoyable! We were able to check in early, and check out late (visited off peak season - which I highly recommend). Clean and well appointed!

We had a great time. The roof top patio was awesome. It was such a close walk to everything.

Water leaked in main floor bedroom in the middle of the night. There was evidence it had been happened for a while because the paint had bulged all down the wall due to water behind it. I was only able to contact the host because he left the previous owners number. She gave me his number. He came right out in the morning and “fixed” it. He said it happened before when I spoke to him on the phone. He refused to talk to us when he arrived or look in room. Sent me rude texts when I asked to either get a different unit or get refund and not stay 2nd night. VRBO tech had trouble with English language and could not comprehend the situation. VRBO automatically sided with landlord even though I had taken out insurance.

We had the most relaxing time. We love the area so much and it always feels like coming home. The condo was so conveniently located, so we pretty much walked everywhere, which is the best part of a getaway for us. The doors to the bedrooms and bath were sticking when closed, so whenever we’d get up to use the restroom we’d wake each other up. The unit could have been a tiny bit cleaner, but bathrooms were fine and beds were very comfortable.

I loved the location and rooftop patio. Perfect to walk around Saugatuck. I thought the property needs a deep clean. Noticeable dust on vents and curtains. Walls were thin so you heard neighbors. Parking was also a bit of a challenge on the weekend with the town more full. We had one issue with tub drainage and owner was super responsive.

This place is all about dog-friendly and convenience. We couldn’t be closer to the downtown action and walking distance to everything. The bonus was that we didn’t have to board our dog. The place itself looks just as pictured, nice, but could use a deep cleaning and slight touch ups here and there such as new pillows or new top deck cushions. I’m thinking the owner may do this over the winter months when it’s slower for the next season. Thus the four/five stars. That and the fact that there was no facial tissue anywhere throughout the condo. My only legit negative would be we wanted to check in early and the owner didn’t get back to me until check in time. Also, if you have a large suv this place isn’t for you, the parking is tight and in a very narrow alley and it would be near impossible to fit anything other than a small to midsize vehicle. Mostly because there’s a large stump in the way and you can’t block the walkway behind the adjacent by business.

The location is wonderful! Walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. Michael was communicative and accommodating to us letting us check in early! The property is very nice. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio! The elevator to the second floor also made unloading super easy. We did have a few cons! The oven was not working, nor was the living room air conditioner. The apartment was well maintained but hasn’t had a deep clean in a while. The upstairs shower was quite dirty, patio furniture had a lot of dirt, etc. As soon as we arrived (5 minutes, and while unloading) we were greeted by an unhappy business owner next door who asked us to move out of the assigned spot because we were blocking a walkway. He referenced an ongoing dispute about parking. We did not move our car, as we didn’t want to be towed, but something to keep in mind if you want to avoid the conflict. The parking in the ally was tight but our Traverse did fit. Our upstairs neighbor also had dogs who did not like when we walked in the kitchen, and would bark constantly whenever we went to that side of the apartment. This very well could have been someone only there for a short stay though, and not the fault of the owner. Overall, you can’t beat the location or the accommodating host. Great for a beach get away weekend.
