The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near several museums and we could walk to nearby restaurants. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor lounges and pool area on the top floor.

I was charged 27.00 for the breakfast buffet of which was a joke, IN ANOTHER word I paid 27.00 for a cup of horrible coffee and a slice of bread then I was told they are running out of food and is shutting down at 9:00 AM and I need to leave

Loved the friendly and helpful staff. The A/C in the room didn't seem to want to get too cold, but it was still wonderful.

A/C said it was cold, but it really needed a bit more for sleeping comfort.

Parking is terrible. I have disability and I still paid the $57.50 for one freakin night. Staff are not even helpful. No self parking offered.

The staff are wonderful at this location. The problems are with things that are out of the staff's control. A room of our cost and category should come with certain amenities, but the room is bare bones in that regard. I asked if we could get slippers (left ours at home and the floor was noticeably dirty as I could feel the grittiness as I walked around in my bare feet). I was told that they ordinarily provide slippers but that they have run out -- well then go buy a substitute from a local supplier! Also, there is a small "store" on site from which some items can be purchased and brought to your room by a robot, but there is nothing in the room informing you of what can be purchased and how to order it to the room (not booklet or sheet of paper with an explanation of how to have things brought to the room). There are none of the usual bathroom supplies like q-tips, a shower cap, lotion. You can't tell me that this is for environmental reasons because they sell bottled water (which should be illegal at this point). Furthermore, the "hydration stations" where one should be able to get filtered water was not functioning. When I told someone this he did not seem surprised nor was it suggested that he would put in a repair request. He just advised me to check the hydration stations on another floor. The room itself was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable, but there was some sort of mechanical noise in the hallway (maybe the air conditioning unit?) that kept us up at night (our room was near the elevator, and the mechanical box creating the noise was not far from that). The valet cost was something I anticipated, but on the final bill there was the valet cost plus a "parking tax" -- ? This may be legit, but they should disclose this cost at the outset . My lThere should not be any hidden fees (like the $9 a day "Laordfee"--?!?). The bathroom has a glass door providing no privacy / soundproofing.

rooms are small and not cosy, cheap mattress, loud air co, no option to open window, windows are super dirty that you can't really see anything.. but the worst is a dark guy on reception , treats clients like we are piece of sh.... threatening to call police , as a respond to my question to get back a deposit , which they took without informing me btw and did not returned.. location is also is a big lie they are very far from beverly hills.. not recommend to stay there
