Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet, absolut sauber und die Gastgeber sind äußerst nett. Die liegt ruhig und doch zentral in Flachau.
Es gab wirklich keine Kritikpunkte.

Das ganze Haus war wundervoll. Der Empfang war als würde ich bei meinen Verwandten zu Besuch kommen , also durch und durch herzlich. Die Zimmer sind penibel sauber. Bis in die letzte Ecke. Der Balkon war auch super .Das Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig und ebenfalls mit sehr viel Liebe hergerichtet. Auf jeden Fall zum empfehlen!

clean,very nice location,nice friendly owners,great brakfast, fridge with beers and other drinks in basement for fee.
Small room was smalish but fully functional for my one night stay.You can always book bigger room.I would use same room without hesitation.

Unexpected beautiful location. Pretty close to the main road but quiet as well. Excellent breakfast (delicious home made marmalades). The room was cosy with nice view and very comfortable bed. It needs to be mentioned the hospitality of the owners. From the very first moment you had the feeling that you visit a close friend...
It is most certain that we will visit the place again, since this time we stayed only for a night during a roadtrip.

Apartment with two bedrooms and one shower.
Excellent location in Falchau, close to the main street and all exits from the town.
The hotel has a large and pleasant yard and a pool for guests to use. The hotel also provides the attractions card of the area.
The apartment was clean and tidy.
The apartment is located right at the entrance to the hotel and faces the street and the courtyard, so there is a lot of noise throughout the day.
The shower is very small and almost not suitable for adults.
Since there is no air conditioning, it would be good if they put mosquito nets and provide fans

We spent a night on our way to Croatia and that was a nice stay. The owners are really friendly and the hotel had all we expected: a clean room, a nice location close to the highway and to many restaurants and a nice homemade breakfast. Internet worked really well also

Quiet place. Friendly and helpful owner. Clean and pleasant rooms with balconies. Close to highway. In Flachau there are always restaurants, open till reasonably late (like 23:00). Great breakfast in the hotel. Parking right in front of it. All very pleasant and nice.

The owners were very nice and friendly, breakfast was on point and the location is also very convenient. Your ski equipment can be stored safely in a heated cellar!

I was amazed how welcomed they made me feel. I was well late from the check-in and they were forcible with leaving the key for me. Completely exhausted I was welcomed with hearts in the envelope, my room door and even the blanket was in heart shape. Toothbrush and paste good breakfast. Very kind 😍

perfect location in the center of Flachau. Gabi the owner doesn’t speak English but Marina does and both are available all the time and super friendly. Apartments are new and clean and well equipped with kitchen, oven and refrigerator. The pool is awesome and tennis table also. Vert recommended. we stayed for a week. There is no air condition but there is no need for a one as weather is always perfect in that area.

it was a big apartment and you can use the big garden with pool which the kids loved. we stayed three days, but it might be a very good stay if you are on your way south or north because it’s so close to autobahn. the host don’t speak any English but are very friendly and nice. It’s just a few minutes walk to closest grocery shop and restaurants.
It’s no dishing equipment or hand washing soap in the apartment which you have to buy yourself (this seems to be
normal in Austria because it’s not the first time we see this)

Beautiful house with soul. Gabi is nice and very friendly, along with her colleague they did their best to meet all our needs and make us feel like at home. Our room was always perfectly cleaned and what we truly appreaciated was a very comfortable mattrace. Also our dog was warmly welcomed.
Maybe a breakfast could be sometimes changed when people stay for longer time, as we did.
