It's always a pleasure to stay here. Convenient location for us. Nice amenities. A little sparse on kitchen stuff, but we adapt easily. Close to our family, which is a big plus for us.

This is a very clean and well maintained property. Conveniently located to the Greensboro airport and coliseum, it was a comfortable place for my family to stay for 3 nights. Kristin is a great host who communicated well throughout our trip. Fantastic Mexican restaurant in the Harris Teeter shopping center close by. Would absolutely stay here again!.

I was surprised how quiet it was while still being in town. Everything was exactly as described and not lacking any necessity. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back.

This was a great place to stay and even better than advertised. The host is responsive and accommodating. I can’t say enough about Kristen. We need to stay an extra day and a part of the next and she accommodated. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back next year.

Enjoyed a weekend stay. The townhouse was just as listed. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Kristin provided a nice touch by having snacks and water available. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, less than 5 minutes from shopping (grocery and other retail), and no more than 20 minutes from wherever else we needed to go in the city.
Kristin was thorough and pleasant in her communication before and during our time there. Would definitely stay again.

The property was perfect! The property manager, Kristin was great to work with and even left snacks in the kitchen for when we arrived For a seven day, personal and business trip, the upstairs loft office area was a great added space for me. If visiting Greensboro, I highly recommend this property.

I thoroughly enjoyed a period of relaxation and rest in this lovely property. It was very attractive, clea, and comfortable with everything I need to prepare my food. Kristin was an exceptionally responsive hostess.When I notified her I couldn't get the fireplace going, she sent her husband immediately and I was soon comforted by a glowing, warm fire.

I have stayed at other properties in Greensboro and this is by far the best. If you want to stay in a convenient location in the Keswick area that is nice, safe, clean with quiet neighbors, this is the ONLY property in the area that you should rent! It is a bit more expensive than some other properties in the area but for peace of mind, snacks, and a responsive property manager, it’s totally worth it.

I was so pleased with this property and the owner, Kristin. She answered all my questions, kept in touch throughout the rental process, and helped me plan our girls trip. The house was immaculate, perfect for the 3 of us, and stocked with snacks and all the essentials. The only drawback was that we couldn’t stay the week!! The townhouse is centrally located and there’s a grocery and a convenience store really close. Super quick drive to shopping and downtown Greensboro.
I can’t give enough stars for this rental experience, which turned out to be one of the best I’ve had in all my years with VRBO. Highly recommend, Thanks Kristin!

This was actually our second time at the property. We found this place in 2019 for a week at Junior Olympics. Well... we were fortunate enough to book it again for the same reason in 2022. Both times the property was well worth our 7 days there. Clean, quiet, and well stocked. Kristin, the owner, is responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend and if we're ever in the Greensboro area again, this property will be our first choice!!

Kristin was awesome had everything you could possibly need for our stay. She left snacks and waters and fruit. Literally had anything you would need for the stay , laundry detergent, new sponges , shampoo/conditioner etc etc. Community pool very nice, and great location so easy to get to and from aquatic center. Place was so clean and nicely decorated. Thank you for an awesome stay we loved it !

Home away from home!!
The renting process was seamless. Communication was open, we really felt welcomed. From the personal touches, to the overall comfort of the space. Having one TV made us watch a show together, that was fun. We had everything we needed and more. Kristin is a great host. The property was beautiful, bed was comfortable.
Con: It is a corner unit so not really easily accessible for disabled individuals and there is no front parking. So if this is not needed you will try enjoy this property as much as we did.

We came to Greensboro for my son's tournament. The location was perfect. The unit was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The pool was great! We plan to stay again when we return!

Our second time here. Great location in a quiet place. We really appreciate the quiet AC and heating units! Both were needed with this crazy weather. The kitchen is well equipped. Kristin is a wonderful host, ready to respond to any requests.

With family flying in to GSO, and family living near Bryan Blvd. this condo was a great location for all attending graduation. The first floor master with large walk-in shower was perfect for the grandparents. Super clean, spacious, nicely decorated, with snacks and drinks, & pool access, this condo was everything we desired!
