Un joli Riad au cœur de la médina. Literie confortable, salle de bain correct. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et préparé avec soins à la minute.

Les chambres au 1er étage sont un peu sombres et l’éclairage aux ampoules blanches est insupportable !

Installations parfaites ( salons terrasse). Déjeuner copieux sur la magnifique terrasse. Situation géographique qui permet de tout visiter en marchant.

Attention à l'encens.

Excelente Riad. De todos los visitados en Marruecos me quedo con este. Muy amables y serviciales. Estaba bonito decorado y muy limpio. El desayuno MARAVILLOSO. Todo riquísimo muy muy abundante. Recién hecho y variado. En esa terraza excepcional con esas vistas. Nos gestionaron el traslado al aeropuerto y nos vinieron a buscar al propio Riad. Absolutamente recomendable

Traditional Moroccan style riad, very helpful and pleasant staff, great location for the Casbah, museums, port and other tourist places. Good breakfast on the terrace overlooking the port and Bay of Tangier

Comfortable room and good breakfast

The treatment by management left us feeling that we cannot recommend this hotel. After our first night we woke up to no water- a main water pipe broke, and the area was without water without a sense of when it might be repaired. In light of this we decided to switch plans and end our trip back with a night in Tangier. I asked the desk person about switching nights and paying any difference in cost. He said his manager would need to approve it but wouldn't be available until after noon, so we would have to wait 3 hours for any response. I messaged the manager, and we left the hotel. That evening I received a response that be cause our request was within 7 days he would not honor it. Given the situation with no water for showering or even washing up and our offer to pay any difference I believe our request was reasonable under the circumstances. His curt response without any offer to work with us was just not professional or welcoming.

-minimal soundproofing - could hear people having conversations in the stairwell

La terraza tenía muy buenas vistas

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and building were both beautiful, the bathroom was clean and really nicely finished. Great shower. Location is perfect, really close to many attractions. Very few complaints about this Riad, would highly reccommend and will definitely stay here again when I go to Tangier again.

The hotel is very close to a Mosque so the call to prayer was very loud in our room and woke us up at around 6.30 in the morning.(Hadn't had this issue elsewhere in Morocco) Out of their control of course, but worth noting.

The toilet seat and shower head need to be changed.

It was a beautiful building in a beautiful area. An amazing location an awesome balcony, and really great and clean facilities.

The only small thing was that you could hear most noises outside of your room.

Riad muy bien localizado, en la Medina. Precioso edificio, cómodo y limpio. Desayuno excelente, abundante y muy variado, con producto marroquí, que te sirven en una terraza con unas vistas preciosas de la Medina. En cuanto a la limpieza es impoluta, nos han cambiado las sábanas cada dos días y las toallas a diario. La atención de los dos Omar ha sido exquisita, ayudándonos en todo lo que hemos necesitado. Es recomendable!!!

En nuestra habitación salía olor del desagüe del lavabo que solucionamos poniendo el tapón. Aún así la estancia fue estupenda.

Riad in the centre of the old city area. Comfortable, very helpful staff. Rooms were good, opening onto the central courtyard. Wonderful view from the roof top terrace across the straits - we lingered looking at it over our ample breakfast. We were very appreciative that the manager stayed up for us when our ferry was very late arriving - we didnt get to the riad till 2am - thank you.

No negatives. Only understand its a riad - not a western style hotel

Such a beautiful old riad, very well maintained. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The included breakfast was outstanding!

It is located in the Medina, which can be very hectic especially if you are new to Morocco.

The place looks lush and really well decorated. The balcony upstairs is amazing with a beautiful view and they serve breakfast there. Staff is nice and welcoming

We asked for 2 double rooms and we had one room with 2 beds separated. Not a big issue for us, we wanted to enjoy the city so we didn't ask to change it. The toilet was clean but not super clean: we found some cotton swabs already used

Excelent petit dejeuner on arrivait mm Pas à terminer tout ,maison d hotes bien placer au milieu de la medina on peut visiter plusieurs lieux á pieds ,le personal très disponible acceuillant ils vous informent de tout ce que vous avez besoin

La chambre était froide il y avait un chauffage je l avait mis jusqu au Max mais ríen je l ai commenté au gerant il m a repondu que c était Pas comme en France et j ai dit à mon Mari que ce nétait plus la peine de l'allumer et essayer de suporter le froid et l humidité qu il y avait dands la chambre

La ubicación dentro de la Medina, pero a 3 minutos de la Puerta del Gran Zoco. Buen desayuno y variado en la Terraza.

Une très belle terrasse. un Ryad authentique. localisation parfaite.

La décoration pourrait être facilement améliorée pour en faire véritablement un endroit de rêve. mais c est le cas de la majorité des ryads hors des centres ultra touristiques comme Marrakech. de vrais efforts à faire par exemple sur l éclairage ( blafard dans la chambre)

The road has a killer rooftop view over the Old Medina. I looked to having breakfast there in the morning. The road is also located inside the Old Medina, which sightseeing is right outside the door. There are abundant choices of restaurants and an easy crawl to get to. The staff were super great, very informative. They always answered my question before arriving and during our stay. They set up our transportation coming from the train station and when we left for the airport, saving us the hassle of dealing with taxi fee, for example.

The bathroom is a little tight; it wouldn't have been of much an issue if my face wasn't touching the wall in front of me when using the toilet.

Breakfast included a range of breads,freshly squeezed juice, coffee, yoghurt, fruits, croissants, cookies, jam and butter. Nice views of the city from terrace. Convenience shop next door to buy bottled water. Easy to navigate yourself from the centre. Steps to climb, may not suit some visitors although staff helped to take our luggage to our room.

Très bon riad, emplacement central proche de tout et tout de même calme. Nous avons adoré la terrasse-rooftop avec une superbe vue sur Tanger et les toits, c'était parfait pour se poser le soir et le matin pour admirer le lever du soleil. Très bon accueil. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Chambre confortable, nous avons apprécié qu'il y ait un petit frigo et tout est joli et bien décoré

La ubicació dins de la medina, es una casa amb una gran terrassa i vistes a tota la part antiga. La nostra habitació per 4 era gran, llits gran i matalàs ferm. El bany era molt espaios, canvi de tovalloles cada dia. Malgrat estar dins la medina, no hi ha massa soroll. Esmorzar molt complet. Hi ha una petita nevera dins l'habitació. Un lloc molt recomanable.

El calentador del bany no esta sempre engegat, si et vols dutxar d'hora, has d avisar que l'encenguin per tenir aigua calenta.

We asked for a pick up from the port. It did not come. The front of house staff were lazy! There was little greeting or welcome! No tea or welcome drink! They failed to ask for the additional tax on arrival so we needed to scrape on our departure for this money

Excellent location, beautiful riad full of character, lovely friendly staff.

Very uncomfortable hard bed, otherwise excellent.
