Great layout, spacious and super quiet.

nicely decorated, balcony, comfortable bed, good shower, convenient location, easy self check in, and they let us arrive 1 hour earlier.

Coffee machine didn't work, couldn't leave the luggage at check out, and didn't offer the Ticino ticket for discounts in Lugano

The apartment is large and spacious with a great location and underground parking. Excellent support when contacting staff via WhatsApp.

We stayed in this apartment in 2020 and again in 2023 and were a little disappointed this time as the wasn’t as thorough as in the past and the apartment is starting to show it’s wear.

It was a fantastic vacation experience in this apartment. Thank you gor Quokaa 360 for their arrangements. Will stay again

Far from train station

This was my third time staying at Il Parco apartments and I love the convenience of the location and easy under ground parking.

This was a smaller apartment than I have stayed in before and the bed definitely needs replacement. You just rolled into the middle and springs made a lot of noise. Thankfully I was sleeping it in alone.

Perfect for a stay for 2 couples with kids with 3 nice bedrooms, spacious living room and dining area and well equipped kitchen! Location is great close and nice walk from the main station, very near the lovely park with a beach and a big playground. Very clean and comfortable with 3 bathrooms, floor heating.

The only thing I would improve is to leave some dishwasher capsules at least one for the first wash before the guests can go to the store and buy some as store is a bit far away 🙂

Location close to lake and park. Could walk to railway station. Large 3 bedroom apartment

Nowhere to hang clothes in 3rd bedroom where the duvet was also missing, sockets did not work in kitchen, so had to use kettle and toaster in dining room, windows were filthy, long dark hairs on rug and in bedding, thick dust and crumpled handkerchief behind bed in 2nd bedroom (see photo), handheld vacuum not working, clothes airer in utility room not working for wet clothes, broken hangers in wardrobe in 3rd bedroom, relaxer chairs in lounge do not work, kitchen not well equipped to cook a meal, oven fan worked, but not oven, only 1 bulb of many working in light fitting in toilet. Not Swiss standards and no reply or acknowledgment from Quokka to our complaint after 10 days, which is unacceptable

Key Pick up was a little confusing but worked out in the end.

The location of the apartment is very good - a walking distance from the centre. There is also a grocery nearby, just 5 min by car. Free parking place is the advantage.

No aircondition - this is the biggest minus of the apartment as one of the rooms is almost all day in the sun. There is a double bed and one sofa in the apartment. The sofa was OK for one night, but longer stay could be painful.

small maintenance issues….shower cabin needed repair, bathroom sink had damage, terrace door broke - became dislodged from its track. apartment was very stuffy. luckily there was a fan. fridge needed to be defrosted

Very clean and functional.

Apartment was a little far from the action, but ok for a walk. No Air conditioning is a problem during the heat of summer.

Very large, modern appartment in a great central location. Convinient underground parking and check-in procedure.

The flat is really large with everything you need in it! Perfect with kids or friends. The location is great you can visit Lugano on foot.

The decoration is not very modern but is ok. Check out time at 10 am is too early and they charge 50.- if you want to stay until 12 am which I found exaggerated. The flat has no view and can be noisy on weekend nights.

The balcony door is tricky to handle & operate properly. Also, can be a bit noisy during the day when the windows are open

limited sockets for the kettle/toaster - these were swiss equipments but the sockets were european! we only found one adaptor

Location really perfect. There was a park close to the house, old city , river side for walking. Charming city and nice people around. Apartment wonderful, You have all what You need.
