Maison personnalisée de trois étages sur le sentier Ladybird Lake Hike & Bike, exactement à 1,6 km à l'est de la I35 / centre-ville. 1 pâté de maisons du restaurant Launderette. Électroménagers Bosch, planchers de bois franc grattés à la main, foyer en pierre, 18 pi. plafonds dans le salon, 1929 Steinway B Piano à queue. Quatre chambres et salle de jeux au 3e étage dans la maison principale. Studio arrière séparé avec lit Queen + canapé-lit Posturepedic complet. Balançoire avant avec une brise du soir qui se lève du lac presque tous les soirs.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property! Was close and convenient to many activities in Austin, but also in a quiet neighborhood that allowed us to enjoy and relax in the home. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked, an there was plenty of room for our party of 10 with comfortable sleeping arrangements. We also enjoyed the nearby walking/running trails around Lady Bird Lake. Sarah was very responsive to anything we needed!

Our extended family was in Austin for a wedding and had a great weekend. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable for 11 of us. We spent most of our time around the pool. Sarah was great to work with. We highly recommend the house

Sarah was simply fantastic. She was very responsive and communicative, making sure that our group had everything that would make our stay special. I’ve already recommended this home to all my friends and coworkers. Highly recommended for a group trip to Austin!

We could not have been happier with our stay in Austin! Sarah was nice enough to let us know as soon as the house was ready! She was even lugging in the groceries that I had ordered ahead of time, with her recommendation! The house was spacious, clean and comfortable! It was so well stocked! Sarah thought of everything we could possibly need during our stay! She even left us a welcome basket with snacks! It was very easy to grab an Uber but also walkable to the hot spots. My husband and I took a walk in the morning along the river. There is a beautiful jogging trail along the water lined with interesting trees! The new plunge pool was such a great place to hang out before we hit the strip! I would highly recommend Sarah and her beautiful home!

Sarah’s house was great for our groups trip to Austin for a family wedding. Beds were comfortable; house was clean and as in the pictures; and Sarah was timely and clear in communication prior, during and after our stay. Would recommend

Sarah was beyond accommodating & provided excellent communication before and during our stay. Her home is beautiful and I wasn’t able to find a single other option that comfortably fit a large group and was still very close to downtown so it was absolutely perfect.

Home was located in a quiet neighborhood within access to main attractions.
My family and I had a wonderful time a lot of space to accommodate my sons and his friends to enjoy dinner. House ideally located and with all amenities.

Such a nice home
We were here for a bachelorette girls weekend and the house was absolutely perfect. Sarah was so nice and accommodating. The kitchen living room space was perfect to enjoy everyone’s company.
