The location was amazing

Just a few cosmetic things inside the unit need some attention

Good amount of space, full kitchen, not too far from eateries.

long walk to the actual building from the street. we didn't have a car so were dropped off where we could be dropped off and it was quite a long walk to find the building and get to the room. We didn't realize that the address was a city block, so Uber dropped us off where maps said to for the address and that spot was on the opposite side of the actual entrance (we had to call Sonder to help find the entrance). Then we still had to walk a couple hundred yards to find the building.

Loved the location once we figured out how to get into the complex. Big Sam was wonderful onsite contact … he was welcoming and very helpful.

Mosquitoes on the balcony… not property’s fault. We were all caught off guard.

The property was in a great location and area was quiet with easy access to the apartment, being on the bottom floor. We were able to walk across the bridge to restaurants and do some shopping.

The master bath was in need of a good scrubbing. The shower wall had a lot of hair that was stuck to it. The TV didn’t work in the living room, but that didn’t really bother us since we were only there to sleep.

Location was perfect, local shops, name brand store restaurants, and bars all walkable. Walkable to downtown across Congress Street bridge.

Pull out couch definitely needs better mattress or even a foam topper.

Great location, feels like you’re living in the city for a little while

Perfect location on South Congress with many restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance. Convenient free parking for the car. Gym access during our stay. Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms.

Bathroom had hair in the sink and towels. Trash bin was not emptied when we arrived.

Good apartment, mostly had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Unbeatable location.

As the Sonder team are aware, the guests staying above us absolutely ruined our stay. Firstly, the apartment was great and the location was fantastic. However, the walls are thin and they were stomping around and letting their kids stomp and run laps of their apartment for hours and hours every day, for 4 days straight. It was like thunder above us and we could not relax or drown it out with the tv. We became unwell during our stay so really relied on the apartment to rest, but this was difficult because of these guests who had no consideration for others. We appreciated the Sonder teams efforts to intervene but unfortunately the situation wasn’t resolved. We were otherwise really happy with the apartment until the other guests arrived halfway through our stay. One other thing - the floors were dirty, definitely hadn’t been mopped - our feet turned black within a few hours.
