Cobran muy caro el estacionamiento y no te avisan hasta que estas ahí. Por lo que cobran y no incluye estacionamiento ni desayuno. 😒

Size of room and location

When I arrived i was told I would not recieve any room service as I was staying so short, however I Blood stain in shower, and I did mention it to the reception.

Walking distance to shops and restaurants, and Capitol. Lobby is clean . Staff are very accommodating to your requests. Starbucks on the first floor.

Limited breakfast choices. Valet parking is expensive @49$

Breakfast and location were great.

When I arrived with my infant, toddler, and elderly mother and aunt - ther was no one to help us unload the car and check in. I stood in a long line to check in, at which point my infant ran out the automatic doors. When I got him, came back to the check in she took another guest. I was very frustrated. The room they downgraded us too was not enough for the 5 of us. I asked them if they could find a room to accomodate my family and no one ever called me back.

Room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent, different variety of foods to choose from. The location of the hotel was excellent since it was right behind the concert venue we went to. The valet service was excellent, too.
