Really nice home made for a great place to stay during our weekend in the DFW area. Clean and comfortable with cool decor. You can tell a lot of care and effort goes into making this property extraordinary.

minor problems: listed as dog friendly, but the front gate doesn't latch shut when it is hot hotside (the metal expands). It is fine with small dogs
you don't get the check in information until 24 hours in advance. On a multistop trip, this was worrying for the elderly participants who didn't have entry information on their iteneraries before we left home.
Overall, we loved the house and yard. Micheal was a perfect host - very responsive and accommadating. The location is fantastic - close to highways, walking distance to a Starbucks and to nice bakeries. Near the DFW airport but the house was reasonably soundproof, so the planes did not keep us awake at night.

Had a wonderful time in this house at a great location in Dallas. House was lovely and fully stocked. Wonderful backyard with fire pit and outdoor chairs. 3 full size bedrooms and great decor. Highly recommend

This house felt like home away from home.Its very conveniently located and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing family getaway.
It’s very thoughtfully decorated and my Wife was throughly impressed by the inside decor and we enjoyed the outdoor space as well.

Nostalgic mid century decor, clean, great host. Central location very convenient to Dallas love Field.
We visited as a family of six for the April 2024 solar eclipse. Everything was ready. The home is comfortable and adequately stocked. Michael is a gracious and efficient host.

Michael is spot on with the decor. He reached out to us to make sure we had everything to make our stay exceptional. My group are vinyl fans and his setup did not disappoint. We will probably see you next year. Thanks for the awesome hospitality.

This was a short stay for a soccer tournament near MoneyGram Park. The house looks just like the pictures. It is very close to the airport- so you hear the planes fly over the house often. It was very rainy the days we went so we weren't able to take advantage of the outdoor space- but it all looked nice. It's centrally located so it was easy to explore Dallas in between soccer games.

After being gone for several years we recently traveled to Dallas with our dog. We chose Michael's place because it is by far one of the nicest places we have stayed. It was clean, well supplied, very comfortable and well appointed. Michael was very communicative and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. We have stayed here multiple times and would not hesitate to stay again. Wonderful place.

Beautiful home and was exactly as stated in bio. The beds were very comfortable. My husband is very picky about pillows, and he loved the pillows as well! It is a very clean and fun property. Even the towels smelled wonderful! Loved the rat pack theme throughout the house. And a very special hi-fi that made listening to Christmas albums magical.
Location is great! Just minutes away from anything fun in Dallas. Would highly recommend and stay at this property again!

In Dallas with friends and needed 4 beds and a living space to hang out. Very clean and spacious…. Comfortable beds, lots of closet space and the host we very accommodating. Convenient to the airport. Would definitely stay again

Stayed for a long weekend to visit family. Married couple plus our 25-year-old daughter. We loved the proximity to the airport and truly did not notice airplane noise when inside the home. The house is exactly as pictured and clean. Well stocked. The host had espresso and drip coffee avail for us, plus the basic spices in the cabinets. Extra TP, paper towels, etc were avail. The main bedroom with the large bath is off the kitchen and really nice. The other two rooms are on the other side of the home, so it felt like we had privacy from each other. The living room was relaxing. We played games and used the gas fireplace. AC/heat both work well (we had sun, rain, hot and cool weather in Nov). We were too busy to use the outside space, but it seemed nice. Host stayed in touch to make sure things were good at house. Check in was easy with a keyless lock...so much better than keys. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this host really seems to know how to run one. We will stay again.

Michael was an awesome host from beginning to end! The house was amazing. It was in the perfect location, clean, and had interesting treasures of information all around. You can tell the time and effort that went into decorating the house and it was worth it because we all noticed and were impressed.

The property was great. Loved the unique decor and themed rooms. The house was very spacious, perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the private front and back yards. We spent the evenings around the fire pit.

Our daughter was getting married in downtown Dallas and we needed a place close by to use as our home base since we are from California. Couldn’t have picked a more perfect location! Michael was so accommodating. We rented a year in advance and the house did not disappoint! It had everything we needed and more, was close to the airport for picking up and dropping off family and we were able to find all of the extra services we needed close by! Will definitely rent again as we are in Dallas 6-8 times a year! It was literally no more than a ten fifteen minute drive to just about anywhere we needed to be! And we even brought our small pup with us. Just wish we had more time to sit and relax at the home. It is a very special place.

We loved the outdoor seating and fire pit, and the well stocked kitchen was easy to use. The master bath is really lovely! There was a super strong cologne-like smell from plug-in air fresheners in each room which were quite off putting. The neighborhood is definitely in transition and some streets look very sketchy, although this home and its neighbors are tidy and neat. Overall a good stay, especially once plugins were unplugged😅.

The property was roomy, clean and cute! We had 6-7 adults and it was the perfect size for our group! It was so nice having the fire pit to use during the cold weather. All of the beds were extremely comfy and the bathrooms were spacious, it was exactly what we needed.

Cutest, clean small house ever! Great area close to excellent shopping and great restaurants! Even took a carriage ride to view Christmas lights in Highland Park area which was just blocks away! We will stay there again! Great host who kept in touch with us.

Property is exactly like the pictures. Communication and check in very smooth. Super cool retro feel. Great patio/fire pit and fenced yard/privacy. Directly under one Love field air path so planes do go over head - stops around 11pm. Kinda cool but be prepared. Clean and welcoming and had absolutely everything you could need. Would stay again. Also very conveniently located.

My family and I had a great stay in this warm home. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Fit us perfectly. It was very convenient to Love Airport, restaurants, shopping and in a safe/nice neighborhood. No issues at all. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again. We postponed our wedding two years due to covid and closed borders. My husbands family came from Germany and stayed a week. This was their first time in the states and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The attention to theme and detail was apparent throughout the house and Michael was very communicative throughout the entire stay. I think, if available, this will be our go to every time they come to Dallas.

Our experience was really nice, the home is beautiful… everything was exactly like the pictures. The beds in this home was beyond comfortable. I wish I would’ve looked to see the brand so I can purchase them for home lol. The only thing I would like to add is the rooms did not have any TVs in them so if you wanted to watch tv there was only 1 in the living room. I think for it to be a bit more kid friendly it would need some tvs added that way we can at least connect our phones to listen to music if needed be or to just relax. I brought an IPad so I had that to watch while in bed but would preferred a tv on the wall.
Other then that everything was perfect

A a fun, time capsule of a house in the heart of Dallas. Michael is a gracious host and checked in several times. We appreciated the extra touches including the sound of freedom ears plugs for sleeping in. 😀

My friends and I just loved the house! Very close to the part of town we were most interested in spending time in, felt safe and residential which is what we were going for :) The whole house is decorated in such a fun theme, we really enjoyed hanging out in a cute house!

Our group loved this property and really enjoyed our stay. The house was charming, comfy, well situated, and well appointed, The owner was great about making himself available in case we had questions. We would definitely seek this property out again if we return to Dallas.

Michael was a wonderful host. House is immaculate and lots of space, beautiful yard, and great neighborhood to walk your dog. Had we been there longer we could have taken advantage of the numerous amenities. Would stay again if in the area.
