Excelente las vistas al mar, el restaurante y la terraza. La atención de Florencia fue muy buena hablaba español. La selección de vinos y el Hooka bar.

El hotel no tiene ni piscina ni línea de playa, ni jacuzzi. Es una lástima porque las habitaciones son muy cómodas con vista al mar.

Superbe hôtel, la chambre était très grande. Le personnel est très bien. Le restaurant est très bien aussi avec une sublime vue.

La climatisation se coupait régulièrement nous ne sommes pas arrivés à l’a régler.

Dommage que l’établissement n’a pas d’accès à la mer et n’a pas de piscine.Problème avec le jacuzzi qui était souvent bouché.

L’hotel était parfait, le personnel très qualifié et gentil. Le restaurant et le bar étaient très bon et gros coup de cœur pour notre chambre vue sur mer.

Staff at the restaurant were a bit rude and not helpful after asking them to come and get the order, by the way we waited at the table for 30 min and no one showed up to take the order and when the waiter came he was rude and not happy having to clean the table from the previous costumes

Good location and new facilities. Offered free live music in the night if our stay which was a bonus. Beautiful view from room.

The service wasn’t the best, low numbers of staff which meant slow service when ordering dinner or drinks. Breakfast was minimal and not the best quality. The team tried as much as they can but for the price you pay, the service doesn’t marry up.

The hotel is very modern - they must have recently renovated it. Our room was decently sized with a modern bathroom. The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet is located in the hotel restaurant, which offers beautiful views of the sea. However, go on the earlier side of breakfast because even though the breakfast goes til 11 am, they stop refreshing the offerings some time before 10:30 am.

The hotel bar plays live music at night. We could hear the music from our room. It wasn’t that big of a problem because the music stopped at midnight and we were there on a Saturday night. Just something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper and go to bed early.

Nice and clean room with good sea view - AC worked well. Free on-site parking. Helpful receptionist.

Noisy room (music until 23.30 and you could hear every time a table was moved in the restaurant/breakfast room below which woke us up). Breakfast started at 8.30 (which I find to be a little late but that is a personal opinion of course), but real issue was that the breakfast buffet was not ready at that time and the staff kept bringing out stuff for an other 20 minutes and the whole thing was really chaotic. The table cloth in the breakfast room had burn marks too. Given the price range of the room, I think some improvements to the breakfast experience would be needed.

Change of rooms was promised another room but switched to a different room.

The hotel is beautiful with a very nice view. The staff is helpful, and the owner is charming. I'll go there again if I'll visit Albania again. Recomended !!!

The bathroom sink drips water,no water heater in the room .

Cramped rooms. No racks in the bathroom. Too far from everything and no beach access. Worst was all the people who came to the hotel to drink and clogged up the driveway making it impossible for hotel guests to get a parking spot or a nice spot to watch the sunset. I think there are other better places to stay in Vlore

The hotel is pretty similar for what we can see in the pictures. Its comfy, clean and the view is amazing.

By the price that I paid, I was expected much more. In the moment that we arrived, the receptionist guide us until the room but didn’t explain anything about the pool, or the breakfast. The pool was too hot in the first day, we can not set the temperature and the bubbles was so strong that we can not even turned that on. It was very difficult to ask help for the reception, because there was no interfone. The guys at restaurant told us that we can access the beach, but we was kicked off because the beach is private for the hotel next door. But the worst: the breakfast. In the first day took TOO LONG to us to get the coffee. And on the second day, they charged us for second cup of coffee. I mean, I booked the room with the breakfast included, they brought one cup of coffee and then we asked for more, they brought it but in the checkout they charged extra for the coffee. We told they that the breakfast was included and that we was not informed that just the first cup of coffee is included. They said that is ok, but when we went back to the restaurant the receptionist was after us charging again the coffees in the middle of the restaurant. I can not tell how embarrassed I felt. I told her again that we didn’t know that we will be charged for the second cup of coffee because no one told us that and I asked to talk to the manager, then she went back and say that we do not need to pay for it. For the price I was expecting the staff to be more prepared. It was a very strange experience.

No hot water was in service in our room. Staff was informed three times. Purpose of buying the room with the jacuzzi was to use it which was not possible. Unfortunately, the receptionist called ‘Jurgen’ which told us we could not be compensated since booking was done through booking.com. We were charged full price for a half experience.

Great place, comfortable rooms, away from the city in case you are there as a tourist.

A bit slow reception.
