arrived late - employee nice

Door didn’t lock from inside my room. Loud noise for a few hours of air cons in other rooms or something. employee charged my card 4 x’s for taxi fee-kept putting my card in machine- now in dispute with bank Odd location says 4.4 km. from airport-must travel past area and then turn around - no signage on building No hot water for shower it was cold!

the yard decoration is very cool but the location is very remote, not very easy to find and there are no signs outside, kind of have to guess which one is the hotel

there’s only a few rooms, towel was very badly stained, I even thought it was dirty but it smelled clean, I asked them to order a taxi for me (04:30am) and they didn’t call it, instead when I was ready to leave they “offered” the transportation to the airport (didn’t really have a choice at 04:30am), a guy half asleep came out of a room next to the reception and brought me to the airport, but when we arrived and I payed him he didn’t “have” any change and kept my money, pretty bad service.

there are absolutely No street signs in the area and after two hours fighting construction, we never found the hotel 😱

Kind people

The young man who facilitated my stay was very nice and well-mannered. Although he spoke Portuguese and my Spanish is sub pay he went out of his way to make sure I understood. He was extremely helpful.

The location lacks any nearby places to eat if you are on foot. the closest restaurant on google was near half an hour, But for me it did the trick as I just needed a place to stay near the airport for my return flight home.

They provided us late check in (Around midnight) because our flight was delayed

Noisy room - there was a repetitive noise from some equipment in the room, the animals were also loud from 4am Small bed The room looks better on photos than in reality

Highly recommend! Good value for money! Friendly and helpful staff, they waited for us even though we arrived at night. Airport taxis are always expencive in Cancun, cannot help it.

My money was refunded then a message In Spanish sent , I translated it and believed I could still attend but a taxi driver couldn’t locate it nor could I we drove around for 2 hours at great expensive both time and financially . As far as I’m aware the property does not exist and feels like a scam. The refund hasn’t come through , only a promise of one. I had to find another hotel to stay at which isn’t easy with no phone as only passing through Mexico for one day

Whole booking seemed fishy

The location was too remote. No access to public transport at all. The breakfast was 2 pieces of bread and an uncooked omlet, less than half a cup of coffee. The room was very bad. No cupboard or dresser to keep the luggage. I had to keep it in open space and because of this, I could not leave the room. The room had no door, instead there was a large window for entrance. The room was unsafe. Wash basin broken, toilet seat shaky. The owner must not let out this room. Mosquitoes in the room.

The owner must make sure there is a cupboard to keep the luggage. The basic facilities like wash basin and toilet can be repaired. The large window net was broken, could be repaired. The breakfast could be better, atleast serve full cup of coffee. Use mosquito repellent.

The Staff. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely did their best to help me. the bed was comfortable and the place was secure.

the air conditioner condensate water ran into my room. the shower water only seemed to last 2-3 minutes before it stopped.

WE had a car so we were able to get to it. If you didn't it could be a problem. It is very basic room. It was clean. It was inexpensive The fellow running it was very accommodating if there was an issue.

The room is very basic which is why it was inexpensive. There are no restaurant nearby. Bed mattress was ok but it had a plastic mattress cover that made it rather uncomfortable to sleep on. Dogs were barking a lot. Showers were not hot.
