The property has a delightful retro look and was very clean. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The lobby was very neat and attractive. The site felt secure even with the Del’s restaurant crowd whooping it up next door.

I would have preferred if the desk attendant had been present. I missed the personal touch, having checked in and out without seeing anyone. Jody’s text messaging was appreciated though. The towels and shower were great (except for some peeling paint). the front window didn’t close completely so outside noise was loud in the room. the Roku remote didn’t control the tv.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, clean room. Excellent acoustics in the shower for singing.

Condition of bathroom was poor. Peeling ceiling in shower. Cracked & dirty grouting. Very few towels. Dirty breakfast room & no breakfast available except rotten fruit sitting out.

This family owned business is working hard to be the best Route 66 motel in Tucumcari and they are almost there. It's clean, has comfortable beds, everything is in good working condition and Tiffany and Roel are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Tiffany even made a yummy hot dish to go with the usual continental breakfast. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely stay again.

There wasn't much not to like. Is it perfect? No. The good outweighs the improvements that could be made. One of the better Route 66 motels we've stayed in. Checks all the boxes.

The location.

I'd reserved a room with two beds. She showed me a room with one bed, a non-working TV, and no key for the door! Obviously, you're not going to accept this review because we declined to stay there and went across the street. But people who use your site ought to know what they're getting into if they make a reservation there.

This place has a bunch of little touches that feel like it is run by someone who travels often. Checking in was super pleasant and friendly. There are a lot of food options nearby. The room was super clean and smelled nice like citrus (cleaning products, but not chemical). Even the comforter seemed like it had been laundered. There were 3 different pillows (soft, medium, and firm) and the mattress was very comfortable. The toiletries were luxury brands and the towels were soft and fresh. And Roku TV is such a nice change of pace from local cable no one knows the channel numbers to. They were super attentive even at checkout to make sure I didn't hit the road without being offered breakfast. 10/10 would stay again.

Nothing, really. It is an older building but for wherever it shows its age, it has been refreshed and is very clean. This is the motel for a new generation of road trippers.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They absolutely go out of your way to make your stay the very best. The rooms are clean and cozy and the location is wonderful; located on Route 66, surrounded by several motels, restaurants and souvenir stores, all in a very nice vintage style. Roel and the rest of the staff offered us a free hot breakfast, to be served at a time of our choosing. It was delicious and just what we needed before our long drive that day. Highly recommended!!

The price is super. They are dog friendly. Refrigerator worked well. TV was user friendly. Heater kept the room toasty. Parking was uncrowded, roomy, close to the door. Smelled good. Restaurant walking distance. Bed was okay. Plenty of pillows. Soft towels in bathroom.

Was of human head hair on my sheets, and single strands in the bathroom. Only chair seat was stained and soiled.

This is a cozy lil place off Route 66, the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable, even had access to Netflix here, as our room had a Roku, she shower had great pressure and even greater hot water! The staff greated me with a warming smile and told me if we needed anything at all to let them know!

The only complaint i have is the room couldve been alittle bit cleaner.

It was very cheap and had plenty of parking. The person on duty was friendly and helpful, when I could reach them.

There was never anyone in the office, all interaction after check-in was done via text. Our first room's shower had a busted pipe that had caused the ceiling to cave in. We were given a new room, but the person on duty couldn't find the key to the room so one of us had to stay in the room at all times if we needed to run for food or things (are all rooms just unlocked until occupied?).

Clean room, Great value, the Mrs. Really appreciated the lighted mirror sitting area for make up etc. Lol. Walk to restaurant next door, tv programming better choice then the norm.

This cool town needs a comeback...

The location is great, right next to the best restaurant in town. It was comfortable and I loved that they had Roku so I could watch Netflix and Hulu. It's one of the motels where you can park right outside of your room, which I prefer. The room was great for the price. I will definitely stay again.

I was just passing through for the night, so it was exactly what I needed. It could have been cleaned a little better, but nothing to regret my stay.
