location was awesome
facilities are not enough as per property, located in outskirts with limited connectivity to public transport.
washroom and room were smelling with furniture, can add some room freshener to keep it in good vibe. electricity kept disconnecting.
booked mountain view option but didnt get one on arrival, felt cheated

Clean, well maintained heritage venue situated on an easily accessible road, away from the crowds.
Limited food menu, some maintenance issues…..hot water coming out of cold water faucet, not attended to even after pointing it out.
Took 3 days of requesting until staff finally put a second hand towel in the bathroom, surprised not to see a conditioner in the amenities.
And it was most annoying to hold up the toilet seat by hand when using the toilet seat, so as not to wet it. It would not stay upright on its own, would keep falling!!

Beautiful location and historic building. Very pleasant outside area overlooking hills.
Bar fridge was turned off when I arrived with mould on the inside. No cold water.
Temperature of shower not regulated.
Very noisy outside room.
Breakfast could have more options and variety

Beautiful, sprawling, spacious grounds and so was the room! Less ostentatious than most typical Rajasthani palaces, yet tastefully laid out property. Can really relax and unwind in understated splendor here.
The room is comfortable, with huge windows and bigger beds. Lots of sunshine. Heater & AC is available.
Washroom with bathtub is big, good and clean. Great water pressure and hot water .
Staff is very polite, attentive and helpful.
There is a tennis court as well as a baskteball hoop.
Wifi could be a lot better but then again this is the place to disconnect.
Restaurant is good , food tastes good but menu is a little limited. If you go in a large group, request the buffet its very good.

the property is gorgeous! The hotel sits on an expansive grounds that are well maintained and superb. The hotel is a former palace of Maharaja or Bikaner. The main house has kept the look and feel of the old palace.
We had a deluxe room in the main house on second floor. The room was very specious and had two large separate sitting areas. The bathroom was big with separate dressing area. it had an antique claw footed bath tub with shower.!!
The hotel staff was very courteous and efficient. They made us feel like royalty. The restaurant is also very good. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here. They prepare the food items fresh so order your food ahead of time if you dont want to wait. We had the best Dal Bati here on our last day.
The hotel is very near to the Delwara Jain Temples (walking distance). It is a bit far away
from center of the town (which also makes it quiet and peaceful)
Overall, this is THE place to stay in Mt Abu. You wont be disappointed
the hotel has a lot of character of an palace. The rooms are specious and comfortable. The grounds are very nice

A very well maintained and beautiful heritage property with very well trained and courteous staff. we enjoyed our stay at the King Suit which was one of the largest suits I have stayed in during my travels. It is the best hotel property in Mount Abu.

it is an actual maharaja’s former summer palace ,massive grounds, well kept gardens etc.very peaceful ,really away from the hustle and bustle ,you would not think that you were in India .Great staff
this is not a complaint rather an observation and suggestion, mostly I guess the guests would be Indians but it would be great if management would give the staff an opportunity or encourage to expand their English vocabulary a bit more as most spoke very little English for such a grand place .
