Very nice place and very very helpful, proffessional staff. Hotel has a roof, where you can relax and watch almost whole Mestia, as well as sunrise and sunset. There is elevator inside, especially usefull after hiking to cross over Mestia ;) Rooms are cleaned everyday, beds are comfortable. Hotel is very close to center of Mestia, ideally for a short walk. Very close is also a cable car station and mineral water sping (naturally carbonated). We are totally statisfied!

The kindness of the staff. The receptionist was very helpful and always ready for some small chat. That was a major plus for us that learn alot of Georgia from her. The terrace view is also a big plus for that. Instagram moment.

Staff is very helpful and speaks fluent English. Rooms are big, clean and spacious. Wifi speed is excellent. Huge breakfast! Plenty of parking space available.

The room has a heater but we need to open the window /balcony door for better ventilation.

Very kind and considerate staff, namely just one lovely woman who even Accepted partial payment in Euros and gave us a free breakfast! Rooms were large and spacious and was very cozy. Great view from our room although other side of hotel has even better views!

Really nothing

The Suntower Hotel seems quite new and modern, which meant our room and the bathroom had a fresh feel to them. They were clean and neat. The hotel also has a pretty cool roof terrace with lovely views on the mountains.

To be honest, we did not enjoy our stay. Even though the hotel was new, we could hear everything that other guests were doing: talking, laughing, phonecalls, checking in. We had the bad luck that a drunk group of boys checked in in the room next to ours at around midnight. We tried asking them to be quiet but they did not listen, so we had a terrible night of sleep. There was no one at the desk at that time. In the morning at breakfast it became clear to me that the lady behind the desk knew these guys and was friendly with them - she joined their breakfast table and looked just as tired as them, wearing pajamas. When I mentioned to her that they disturbed our night, she said something like: “they were drunk, right? Sorry”. Which did not help me at all. Breakfast wasn’t fantastic - there were some fruits and eggs ready, but other than that it was mostly things like brownies and sweets and products that seemed not fresh. There was a lot for the amount of guests staying at the hotel, which led me to think that they just re-use the breakfast from the day before. Our shower seemed clean, but there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom - we don’t know what this was. Although this is personal, the beds were very hard and the pillows very small and too soft, which means you can’t really sit comfortably upright in bed.

Great location, quiet but still close to the centre. Loved the rooftop terrace. Good breakfast and super helpful and friendltmstaff. They even picked us up from the airport!

Everything was great. We missed only the good coffee for breakfast because there was only the instant one.

Beautiful and clean hotel! Modern structure which gives more confort than the traditional ones. Salome and all the staff have been so nice, giving us food outside the scheduled time!

Great hotel having nice views to Caucasus mountains and especially in the evenings to Mestia village and its stone towers. The hotel is located "another side" of the Mestia i.e. where is the centre of the Mestia village just some 10 minutes walk. The staff was very friendly and spoke fluent English. Room was simple and basic but functional. The gem of the place was the roof terrance having superb views to mountains and Mestia village. We spent there several hours in the evening with some wine and snacks. The served breakfast was very good and more than enough. There are also plenty of parking spaces for the cars just nearby hotel.
