It is a small hotel, rooms and reception desk only. The room was very spacious with a super comfortable bed, and the retro/antique style of decoration is very pleasant. Except for the room, the hotel doesn't offer anything else (It seems that the breakfast can be arranged with them, but there is plenty of choice outside).
The position of the hotel is great, in the heart of the historic centre, and at one of the Split's most important squares. Also, the building is a historic building, shared with other mini hotels. Toileteries by L'Occitane are a classy touch. It was a good value for the money. If arriving by car, one should check earlier for the possibilities of parking space.
Generally, it was quite clean, but also, more attention to that is needed.

My room had slated ceilings so low, that I hit my head twice. I had to put a chair, and luggage’s on the floor to safe guard the area. Other than that, it was a clean and quiet room.

I stayed for 4 nights, the reception lady was so rude, arrogant. As one day booking was with standard room and other three days in Deluxe tripple room, I had to change room three times, even after repeated request in one month advance.
I never been alloted in a better viewing room.I am sure there is nothing called management or noone read email or pay attention on the customer request/facility/comfort. Even I send out so many emails or called the hotel no body really care about the customer, they forget that this is a service industry , better service/reputation is the basic value of the business. At least visitors from USA like me, read the review before choose a hotel.

The location is superb, right in the Central Square. Rooms are spacious with a high level of cleanliness. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. No meals are provided in house but many cafes/restaurants within 1 minute's walk. Highly recommended!
Our only comment would be that the entrance to the building is a little tucked away.

everything was great. The room was the best except the shower had black mold and the gold shower handle fell off. otherwise the location was super, the rest of the room was picture perfect!!

The staff spoke excellent English, we’re extremely helpful and patient with the two old ladies (us) traveling together!
Breakfast was an elevator ride down to the square and into the restaurant next door as the hotel had not yet transitioned to post Covid life. The fruit was excellent, eggs freshly made and service very good. The luxurious buffet from the hotel pictures was not what was offered.
