Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

In unserem ersten Zimmer hat es sehr nach Schimmel gerochen... Am nächsten Tag haben wir dies angemerkt und gefragt ob wir das Zimmer wechseln können und dieser Bitte wurde auch sofort nach gegangen (die Reaktion des Mitarbeiters hat gezeigt, dass das Problem mit dem Schimmel bekannt ist). In unserem zweiten Zimmer lief die Toilette aus und das Badezimmer war permanent nass. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Wonderful place.Great value for money.Easy to reach Cameron city.Apartment is superb with all the mandatory facilities.They provided free of charge water bottles in room. At night parking had fully occupied but staff helped me to find a proper place to park my car. This is the best accomadation i stayed during my malaysia tour.

Hotel is really amazing good location and nearby to many places and also to the mall. Staff are so helpful especially one who is so helpful and friendly to us especially to our my grandma. He helped us to carry our luggage bag without any hesitating during check in and check out as the lift available to level 3. Our room at level 4. TV channel available also. My grandchildren able to watch their favourite cartoons. Bathroom was big..Will book again.

Nothing just would be better if provide hair dryer. One morning the shower water was not hot enough. Overall it didn’t matter to us. Lift is only provided till level 3. Have to climb up the stairs case up to level 4.

My husband & I were staying with our 2 boys. Easy to find using waze. Upon arrival, we parked near the gate. Free parking inside the hotel premise but parking was full. We were amazed when we entered the room. The room was spacious. Everything was clean. Extra pillows were given. The beds were so comfortable & the blankets were not too heavy. TV channels were good..we spent time watching some movies before sleep. We were staying on the 4th floor but the lift was till the 3rd floor, so we had to climb a little bit but that's ok. Receptionists were helpful. Got wifi. Very nice stay for a budget hotel. Totally recommended!

Just maybe improvement for the hotel. We stayed in room 4A. We struggled a bit to adjust the hot shower temperature. Just a little tiny push made the water too cold or too hot. I was worried when my sons took a shower. Maybe the maintenance should look into this. Towels were thin. No tooth brushes & toothpaste provided but luckily we brought ours. No floor mat in the room so we used our dirty clothes to dry our feet after shower. No telephone to call the receptionist to ask for it. We needed to go down to ask so we didn't because we were too tired.

Parking nasib2 jela ye...limited sgt. But lain2 sgt puas hati.
