O hotel é muito agradável! O quarto é super confortável e espaçoso, roupa de cama e banho de alta qualidade. A área da piscina e restaurante é charmosa e aconchegante. A comida do restaurante é deliciosa. Os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos e prestativos, atentos a cada detalhe. Ótima localização. Enfim, estadia impecável. É um hotel caro, mas vale a pena! Recomendo muito!

A piscina não é aquecida e a água é fria, difícil de entrar mesmo no verão, mas soube que as piscinas em San Pedro não são aquecidas por conta do custo da energia.

Super nice place. Cool Boutique hotel and cool rooms. The lounge area is well designed and very nice and the restaurant also. The pool is very cold though. ;O).

It is very beautifully designed and curated and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The design of the spaces was beautiful! I would describe it as "Andes chic" with lots of local details, such as woven textiles, ceramics, and baskets. The walkways are gorgeous and underlit to help you navigate to your room. The mattresses are very comfortable and high-quality and the bathrooms are comfortable in size, for some, you have to step down. The location cannot be beaten! The hotel is at the end of the main street, so it is close to everything, and at the same time, it feels private. The staff was amazing! They were friendly, happy to share their favorite tidbits, and respectful of your privacy. The breakfast (included in my stay) has so many delicious options that you could skip lunch if needed. The bar/restaurant includes local favorite herbs and jams.

The pool is not heated, so it's cold in winter. Note that the superior rooms have a fireplace and are larger. I wish all the rooms had a fireplace. Dinner was delicious, but there isn't a lot of vibe right now. I was told they are going to make the restaurant larger by adding seating above the existing structure, which could make it more lively.

Stepping off the dusty streets of San Pedro is a beautiful oasis! The property is beautifully designed and well maintained. the lounge areas are comfortable and gorgeous. There are mini sitting areas throughout. Nothing compares to the hospitality of the hotel staff. everyone was helpful, genuine, and eager to please. The restaurant was lovely, and the food was delicious! We couldn’t recommend Hotel Desertica more highly.
