O hotel é muito agradável! O quarto é super confortável e espaçoso, roupa de cama e banho de alta qualidade. A área da piscina e restaurante é charmosa e aconchegante. A comida do restaurante é deliciosa.
Os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos e prestativos, atentos a cada detalhe.
Ótima localização.
Enfim, estadia impecável. É um hotel caro, mas vale a pena! Recomendo muito!
A piscina não é aquecida e a água é fria, difícil de entrar mesmo no verão, mas soube que as piscinas em San Pedro não são aquecidas por conta do custo da energia.

The design of the spaces was beautiful! I would describe it as "Andes chic" with lots of local details, such as woven textiles, ceramics, and baskets. The walkways are gorgeous and underlit to help you navigate to your room. The mattresses are very comfortable and high-quality and the bathrooms are comfortable in size, for some, you have to step down. The location cannot be beaten! The hotel is at the end of the main street, so it is close to everything, and at the same time, it feels private. The staff was amazing! They were friendly, happy to share their favorite tidbits, and respectful of your privacy. The breakfast (included in my stay) has so many delicious options that you could skip lunch if needed. The bar/restaurant includes local favorite herbs and jams.
The pool is not heated, so it's cold in winter. Note that the superior rooms have a fireplace and are larger. I wish all the rooms had a fireplace. Dinner was delicious, but there isn't a lot of vibe right now. I was told they are going to make the restaurant larger by adding seating above the existing structure, which could make it more lively.

Stepping off the dusty streets of San Pedro is a beautiful oasis! The property is beautifully designed and well maintained. the lounge areas are comfortable and gorgeous. There are mini sitting areas throughout.
Nothing compares to the hospitality of the hotel staff. everyone was helpful, genuine, and eager to please.
The restaurant was lovely, and the food was delicious!
We couldn’t recommend Hotel Desertica more highly.

A lovely stylish hotel, located in a good area with friendly staff. The Interiors were beautiful and it was a tranquil, little oasis in San Pedro. The hotel had lots of beautiful design details!

Hotel Desertica is an oasis--with excellent service and food too! Carolina at reception and Freddy in the restaurant were as professional, friendly and helpful as people could be! The setting, a cluster of bungalows beside a pool and restaurant/bar in what used to be a garden, is dreamy, and we looked forward to returning every afternoon after our daily excursions. The rooms were spacious, and the bed were comfortable too. It's an exceptional hotel--and right in the centre of town!
I loved everything about Hotel Desertica! There is not one thing I would fault it for. Stay there, and you will be in excellent hands--you won't have to worry about a thing!

Everything .. especially excellent hospitality of all staffs, attention to detail in all aspects i.e. always asked if we need breakfast box in case we have to leave the hotel early, always tried to secure parking space for us, remembered what we liked to order for breakfast. I can go on and on but I really recommend this hotel and I think hotel desertica is deserved 5 stars!!

The Desertica is a charming peaceful hotel tucked away in the centre of town. There is secure parking. The staff are unfailingly charming and helpful. The receptionists will provide you with all the advice and information you need for your own tour if like us you are travelling by car. The food is excellent. Breakfast was probably the best I have had in a hotel and it is worth eating dinner in, although San Pedro has many other good restaurants. Order wine by the glass - you get half a bottle! The room was beautiful, the shower powerful and hot. Sitting out in the area round the pool is a must, particularly at night when the fire pits are alight. As you probably gather, this is a great little hotel.

The hotel has a beautiful and relaxing pool/bar area and impeccable comfortable rooms. The staff is outstanding. The hotel is right on Caracoles, the main commercial street of San Pedro. We found the food at the restaurant to be the best in all of San Pedro.
The internet signal was almost inexistant in the room. We had to sit next to the reception area for any task requiring internet.

We spent 4 fantastic days at Hotel Desertica. You often read about a place the management describes as a “boutique hotel.” Hotel Desertica is the Real Deal. Only 12 gorgeous comfortable bungalows. Individualized service. Unbelievable attention to detail. Everything you expect in a great hotel - indulgent breakfast, charming setting, great location, excellent cocktails and restaurant - coupled with a few special touches. Like a branded water bottle for desert excursions. Above-and-beyond assistance making tours happen. A homemade (surprise!) birthday cake. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the hotel. Don’t hesitate. If you are thinking about going, just book it now.

The pool and lounge area was stunning, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean, and the food and service was excellent. This was our mid-trip splurge while backpacking and it was worth every cent.
Day trips got in the way of pool time! Allow a day to just relax in the hotel.

We've been many times in San Pedro and I can say that this is one of the best Hotels in San Pedro, very well located with rooms that are really charming and very confortable, but the very best is the service and friendliness of the staff. We love every single aspect of our stay. Extremely well recommended.
It is difficult to find something to improve in this Hotel... the restaurant is good but could do with a slightly expanded menu... otherwise everything was perfect...

Valéria and Macarena, they work at the restaurant of the hotel. They were very very attentions. Above expectations. The room bed was amazing and huge. The shower very very good. There was bathroom flip flops for the cold floor. There were bath products of high quality. The room was quite and got fire place for the code. The decoration was local and very nice. The breakfast was amazing, nothing to add. There is a very extensive menu from which we can choose what we want and if you want to repeat or ask for the hole menu, you can! It has been amazing and perfect fit for my honey moon!
I got a sick during the trip and the dryness of the desert did not help me. The hotel does not have an
air humidifier. Maybe this is too much to ask. But I expected that the type of hotel, the high quality of the hotel and because of the location, there would be one available. Highly recommend the hotel and to take a small air humidifier with you for this trip.
