Ce spacieux et confortable appartement de plain-pied de 3 chambres et 1 1/2 salles de bains possède une grande cour et offre une vue sur la rivière Sheepscot et la réserve d'Indiantown. Vous avez votre propre quai et flottez dans un endroit parfait pour faire du kayak. Salon cheminée et grande cuisine bien équipée avec salle à manger pour 8 personnes ou manger dans la véranda ou à l'extérieur à la table de pique-nique. Emplacement calme et paisible, tout en étant proche de tous les magasins, restaurants et activités du port, des sentiers de randonnée et des jardins botaniques. Animaux domestiques au cas par cas. Vous fournissez les draps (Vous pouvez louer des draps de notre service de linge).

Great spot on the water but very musty odor. Old stained dirty carpet throughout house. Bathtub was disgusting and door broken. Had to replace over a dozen dead lightbulbs.

Wifi and cell were spotty but this was not a problem as down time was what we needed

Lovely cottage with a water view from the living room. Nicely located close to town so going in to lunch or dinner is very convenient. However, the kitchen is appointed with all the tools needed to cook in. Wonderful in the winter - might just have to come back in the summer with friends!

We rented for a week with my husband, our youngest son, and my husband's brother. The four of us had plenty of room in the house. The kitchen was well-equipped, house was comfortable. My favorite place to be was down at the dock where it was easy to feel "away" and and truly just relax.

The size of the home was great and had everything we needed for the week. Washer & dryer was great
as we had to do more laundry due to rainy weather.
Kitchen area was large enough and has sunroom as additional gathering area.
The dock and outdoors area was enjoyable and with a grill it was helpful for a change up from eating in the kitchen.
It is an older home so be prepared for old bathrooms and old kitchen. The carpet throughout the home needs cleaning sorry to say, it is vacuumed but spots
everywhere. We would come back when the interior is updated.

The home was the perfect size for us and our adult children. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pans etc. The dishwasher door was a bit problematic, but workable. There was some type of white animal fur that would kick up when walking on the carpets. Not a big deal for us at all because we have pets at home, but could be an issue for anyone with allergies.
The grounds were gorgeous! Flat yard for Bocce and wiffle ball. We actually saw seals from the dock! They put on quite a show for us.
The management team was very responsive.
Overall an excellent experience and we would stay there again!

Peaceful, lovely spot on a lazy river
Absolutely lovely spot on the Sheepscot River. Birds singing and hunting, nice breeze, nearby hiking. The house is very clean and comfortable and well described. A great week exploring the area.
