This place is great two bathrooms with showers and 3 bedrooms. Easy walk to tacoma attractions downtown. Host was quick to respond to questions

Mike is a great host. He was available for my questions. He replied quickly and efficiently. The only dow side to this property is the neighborhood is not the greatest but it also is not the worst. My daughter's loved the playground next door!

This rental was amazing and exceeded all my expectations! Mike was an excellent host and would definitely stay again!

Everything look new and cozy. Very nice big glass with church view. Very friendly owner, very easy contact. The only negative was the area itself, in which there were a lot of homeless and crazy people.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at Mikes place. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised! It was the perfect space for my group and I & we would definitely stay here again!

I would have given 5 stars across the board if not for a mix up at the beginning of our stay. The property was just as advertised and was a great space for 5 adults. Good location in Tacoma with good parking. There had been a slight mix up with the guests who checked out the morning we arrived. The house cleaner had not gotten the message to come before our arrival. But as I was making the beds, I got a panicked message from Mike the host who had realized what had happened. He was very apologetic, sent her right over to fix things and refunded our cleaning fee. Everything went well after that, we had a great stay, and mike did everything he could to make our stay wonderful.

The property was very clean and comfortable and centrally located. We had five people staying and it was more than enough space for us. The owner was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay. It is an urban setting and very near downtown and there is homeless population in the area so if you aren't comfortable in that setting, you might prefer an exclusively residential neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely remodeled Victorian home in the heart of Tacoma. Close to restaurants and grocery stores and just a short drive to Seattle. Everything in the home is completely updated and immaculate. Mike was very communicative and easy to work with. If you have time, check out the Chihuly Bridge of Glass which is just minutes away.

Our family came for a wedding in Tacoma. This home was beautiful, comfortable and close to other visiting family members and venues. The host was very prompt in answering questions. The property was clean and spacious.

Everything was great. Clean and easy. Stayed for a work trip and was like a home away from home. 5 stars!

Enjoyed the clean rooms and felt very at home. Plenty of parking and lots to do within walking distance.

Beware the house looks very nice but the location in the neighborhood is terrible, would not recommend. Homeless people across the street sleeping on stairs, boarded up windows and vacant buildings down the street. Park your car at your own risk, we did not stay, it was that bad and we did not even get our money back. The neighborhood may change but for now, think twice.

Enjoyed our stay, close to Safeway and within walking distance to several restaurants. House was clean and the set up was great for 6 of us. Mike was very kind and helpful. We will definitively be renting again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mike's place in Tacoma. It was close to everything in Tacoma, like UPS, downtown, the sound and various parks. The place is very clean and very spacious! It had everything we wanted and was decorated with modern furnishings and has the old house features and charm. We enjoyed several local restaurants that were within walking distance like Pho King...
