Idéalement situé à seulement 6 maisons de la plage, ce charmant, joliment décoré 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison est à seulement 5-10 minutes à pied du parc d'attractions, restaurants et jetée ou à Ocean Park avec son charme d'antan. Entièrement rénové 1er étage comprend une cuisine mise à jour bien approvisionné avec de nombreux équipements! 2ème étage dispose de 3 chambres climatisées - toutes fraîchement peintes en 2016 et nouvellement recouverts de moquette. Que vous soyez à la recherche d'une escapade romantique ou de vacances en famille, cet endroit est fait pour vous! Dans un court trajet de 5 miles, vous trouverez Funtown / Splashtown, Aquaboggan, terrains de golf, bowling et cinémas. Portland, LL Bean (Freeport), et les points de vente Kittery sont à une demi-heure de route. Il suffit d'apporter vos draps et serviettes; nous fournissons le reste! Les installations comprennent des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard, des jouets de sable, barbecue au charbon de bois, etc. Propre et confortable, la maison a A / C dans les chambres, la chaleur, les ventilateurs, 3 téléviseurs à écran plat, stéréo, et des jeux / puzzles / livres pour beaucoup de plaisir en famille !! Profitez d'un verre de vin ou d'une tasse de café dans une véranda paisible et relaxante ou sur le patio privé clôturé. Wi-fi est également disponible. Stayed here with my husband, my parents, and our 2 boys. Amazing location and really nice house. Downstairs is very spacious and great closet space. Incredible amount of games and beachgear which was great b cause we came from the south so we're very limited in what we could bring with us.

The property was in a prime location for our family. Just far enough away from the busy pier but close enough to walk.
The location to the beach was prime. The house was close enough if you forgot anything for the beach you could easily run back to get it.
The home was a quintessential beach retreat. Cute beach/cottage decor. The outdoor shower was helpful to wash the sand off. We loved the board games and the front porch especially.
We are grateful for our stay!

This is our second summer staying at this property! Once again, it was a fantastic stay! (The amazing weather also helped!) The house is exactly as pictured and described, super clean upon arrival, and has everything you could need, including beach gear like chairs, boogie boards, and a cart! They’ve included just about every kitchen gadget you could need to create a great meal! Our family pretty much stays in and cooks every night, and we took notes from last year that we didn’t need to bring as much this year because they literally have everything! The front porch is our favorite part of the house for sure! An awesome house that is steps from the beach and a short walk to the pier! You won’t be disappointed!

I can not emphasize enough how perfect this home is...from the beachy decor to the homey spaces to relax in and the thoughtful touches that made my life as a traveling mom easier and entertained four kids. We've been vacationing in OOB for the past four years now and so far Cheryl and Mike's home wins for checking every box. We LOVED being able to roll out of bed and walk right to the beach on a whim without worrying about parking and the freedom of being able to leave for a quick break. The variety store is a stones throw away for any treats or forgotten necessities. Use of the washer/drier enabled us to pack less and truly besides bedding and towels everything is thought of for you. The kids were thrilled to have so many games and puzzles available to them for any downtime (which wasn't often as the weather was gorgeous and we were able to be on the go a lot). We bbq'ed one night and enjoyed bouncing around the local restaurants for the remainder of our stay. It was also incredibly handy to fit two vehicles in the driveway as we had such a big crew. My littlest is going to miss the breakfast bar as that was her fav spot to sit each morning and "order" breakfast through the window. Lol. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!!

I'm the kind of person to drive to our destination, park and walk everywhere. This is the perfect location!!! The beach was about a football field away, two local stores, one with a restaurant two houses away. Now the beach, clean, deep and 7 miles long with plenty to do along the shore.

This was a wonderful property. Close proximity to the beach and a beautiful well stocked house! Parking was easy, there was a small market nearby for breakfast/ milk, etc., and we fell in love with the front porch! Cheryl was wonderful to deal with-prompt and kind with her responses!

This was our second time in this beach house. Although some aspects are in need of a little TLC (new door knobs on two of the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom) and paint on the kitchen door), overall the house is very welcoming and cozy. It had everything that we needed and more. The biggest advantage is its proximity to the beach!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

With a location that’s an easy walk to the fun and excitement of OOB as well as the quaint and charming Ocean Park this adorable beach house provided everything our family needed for a fantastic vacation. My family has rented The same house for about 20 years. The owner recently sold and we lost our week during the pandemic. This is our first time back to Old Orchard Beach and I can’t tell you how pleased we were with every little thing about that house. There was so much thought put into things that are there to make your trip enjoyable ,fun and comfortable. The house is decorated like a house not an empty shell with a bed there are so many useful things in each room. Can’t thank you enough For our delightful stay.

My family and I just spent a wonderful week at Cheryl & Mike’s property. The house was exactly as pictured and was very clean upon arrival. Our favorite spot in the house was the porch area which we hung out in every evening after a great beach day! There were enough AC’s and ceiling fans throughout the house and in the bedrooms to keep comfortable even on the hottest days. We are a family that loves to cook and were all appreciative at how well the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need to make a great meal! The location was absolutely perfect as we were only steps from the beach! We’ve already booked again for next year and cannot wait to return!

OOB 4th
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! When they say all you need to bring is sheets and towels they mean it. Everything we needed was right there. Location was excellent. Approximately 3/4 of a mile to the Pier. The only time we drove was when we took a ride to South Portland to Sea Dog Brewery, which was only 20 minutes away. If I had to change anything at all it would be the location of the master bedroom. Out of the 3 bedrooms it was the smallest. We really enjoyed the enclosed front porch. Another nice feature was the mud room and first floor bathroom right off of the mud room. We were very lucky weather wise as well. All in all I would recommend this beach house!

Fabulous Family Getaway
The close proximity to the beach is perfect!
You don’t feel like you have to bring everything you may need for the next several hours. About a 2-3 minute walk back to use the restroom and get a snack. Love that you can see the ocean from the front porch! Nice, quiet neighborhood.
We grilled daily and enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen.
Tami Lyn’s pizza (a 1-minute walk away)
is fantastic.
Played a few of the many games provided like Family Feud, Fact or Crap & Scattegories with our adult children - FUN!
Even had time to read a book, found here in
the bountiful collection of books.
Wonderful memories made in this adorably nautical-decorated, comfortable home!

It was a busy weekend with lots of people around and the outside noise never bothered us. The house is well insulated. No noise is heard upstairs when the early ones prepared breakfast in the mornings!

Loved it
We had a wonderful experience- my husband and our 2 year old son stayed for the week. Walking distance to the beach and they kept beach items for our use which was so nice to not have to pack so much . We loved it and can’t wait to come back next year

The property was clean when we arrived. The owner was very responsive to our questions and easy to communicate with. The house was stocked full of essential pots and pans, blankets, and other essentials... All we needed to do was to get food / drinks. Everything else was provided. Steps away from the beach / location was perfect. The only suggestion for improvement would be to switch twin beds into queen size beds for easier comfort for adults.

We had a great week in OOB, this house could not be in a better location for enjoying the beach and all the other activities in the area. It was so nice to not have to pack up and bring all our beach stuff - they have everything you could need for a beach day neatly stored in the yard. The outdoor shower was so great for rinsing off kids ! The house is very welcoming and the kids enjoyed all the vintage beach decor and games. we spent most of our time on the front porch which has an ocean view and a nice breeze, I will miss having morning coffee out there and hope we can come back next summer !

Perfect Beach House Stay
This house is the perfect home base for your Old Orchard Beach stay. One week isn't enough time to live here! The location is one short block from the beautiful beach in a quieter cottage / summer house area, within walking distance from the town square and amusement park, or an easy walk to Ocean Park with the quaint Soda Fountain. Steps away from Tami Lyn's deli/grill with basic grocery needs, too.
The pictures of the house are very accurate - it really is that comfortable and beachy. With the fully equipped kitchen and the sunny backyard grill / hangout spot, we cooked every dinner at home and hosted family get-togethers. The front porch was the perfect spot to end the night with the cool beach breezes, books and games from the large selection offered. Really, nothing is overlooked.
Beds are comfortable and each bedroom had a window A/C unit. Larger groups should note that the second full bed is a (comfortable) pullout sofa in the living room. We put the extra person on an air mattress in the larger room with two twin beds - that worked perfectly and kept the living room open. You need your own sheets and towels; the washer/dryer provided make that easy, too.
We truly hope to stay here again next year. It was exactly what we hope for in a beach house.

Cute rental with a perfect location. Everything you could ever need for cooking is there. Owner has the place decorated with some of the cutest nostalgic decor. Can’t beat the location!

Minutes from the beach, moments to tranquility
Cheryl was a gracious host. The location could not be more perfect. Far enough away from town to be quiet but close enough to walk if you want a change of scenery. Can see the ocean from the house, only a 3 minute walk. House was comfortable with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Our week was so enjoyable and quiet.

Perfect for a family beach vacation
We've stayed at this location for several years and it's our favorite and right next to the beach, which is essential with little ones. From toys, to games, coffee machines and everything you would ever need to cook with. This place has it all with great nautical charm. We love visiting the bakery in ocean park for fresh cinnamon rolls and the marina on Ferry Beach to catch the sunset❤️ already looking forward to next year⚓.
