Cette maison de ville très bien entretenue est très confortablement meublée et accueille tous les besoins des résidents. Avec des lits neufs (1 lit queen, 1 pleine taille, et un lit de repos et gigogne gigogne), la maison en rangée peut accueillir 6. Chaque chambre a un placard de bonne taille pour ranger vos affaires.
Le salon est joliment meublé avec une télévision et une télévision par câble. La salle à manger peut accueillir quatre personnes. Il y a aussi une table haute avec deux chaises dans la cuisine.
La maison en rangée est entièrement équipée avec shampoing et revitalisant, nettoyant pour le corps (gars et filles), lotion, sèche-cheveux, serviettes propres, essuie-mains et débarbouillettes.
La cuisine a tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et est entièrement approvisionnée et prête à être cuite. Comprend une cafetière, un mixeur, un mélangeur et d'autres appareils. La cuisine comprend également une laveuse dans une sécheuse.
Il y a une petite cour clôturée entièrement privée avec un grill. Parfait pour le café du matin ou un cocktail en soirée.

This property was as advertised. Close walk to stadium but too far to walk to USNA campus for us.

Seemed like a good location but nope
Most of the neighborhoods in this vicinity are good, and convenient to downtown or the stadium. But the couple blocks where this property is located were sketchy and we felt unsafe. The bathroom was also dirty, hair on the floor and grime everywhere. Everything was shabby. We left early.

Rhonda has a great place. Everything you need is there and available. Our stay was great, comfortable beds, furnishings in kitchen and living room worked well. Place was clean. Felt very much at home. So thank you Rhonda for everything if we get back to Annapolis again we will stay at Jodes Retreat!!!!

Rhonda has a great place. Everything you need is there and available. Our stay was great, comfortable beds, furnishings in kitchen and living room worked well. Place was clean. Felt very much at home. So thank you Rhonda for everything if we get back to Annapolis again we will stay at Jodes Retreat!!!!

Rented the place for Commissioning Week. It's a very functional space and the price is reflective of the accommodations. Convenience to the Yard and DTA is a huge plus whether walking or driving. Communication from the owner was less than ideal beginning with finding no notes on the place when we arrived. The email we received giving us the code to access the front door had all phone numbers for the owners blacked out. An email inquiring what day garbage pick up was took two days to receive reply. Had we experienced an issue with the place, having no phone numbers to call would have been problematic. Despite the way it's described, the back patio/BBQ area is not a usable area in terms of cleanliness and the dismal quality of the chairs/table. Parking was a bit of a challenge each day. Overall, the place worked well for us despite some of the challenges.

Very convenient to everything in Annapolis
Our family of six spent three nights at Jode's Retreat in December 2018, and very much enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished, and the kitchen was well equipped enough for us to make dinner in the house. We walked to the Marina for the Eastport Yacht Club boat lights show and were able to avoid having to deal with parking in historic Annapolis, which was a huge benefit.

Wonderful!
We really enjoyed our stay at Jode's retreat! The townhouse was lovely and perfect for our family. It was a nice 20 minute walk to the Naval Academy campus and 10 minutes to the stadium. Parking is on the street, but we didn't have any trouble finding a spot. Rhonda was very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Jode's retreat!

We were the first renters and absolutely loved it!
This was such an enjoyable rental! The owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. There was even a thank you note and beautiful cookies on the table to greet us. The house was very clean and cheerfully decorated. The downstairs was open and made a nice gathering space. The home is a 20 minute walk to the USNA and practically right around the corner from the stadium. I would highly recommend it on a visit to Annapolis!
