The views out of the windows are amazing. The host is very helpful and responsive. Would recommend staying here.

Lovely view. Good instructions and communication with house keeper / owner. Basics for tea / coffee & breakfast provided.

Too warm in the bedrooms but we were visiting in the height of Summer so wouldn’t affect most visitors.

The view was great, always something happening to watch.

Our only issue was the size of the bed - we have super king so going to a double is challenging but that is just us!!

Calm and beautiful apartment with the stunning view, great location out of the busy centre but still so close, few basic stuff in the kitchen like an oil, salt etc was plus, easy communication and all info right on time, goodies for a breakfast or snack from the owner was such a bonus. We really felt like home

Everything was great - host, place, location. Very comfortable for family with kids - calm nights, cozy view, comfy beds. We found everything what is needed for a short stay - from sugar to shampoo. Highly recommend to everyone. Would love to come back.

It had a lovely view and close to return table. We were traveling with a sister who is handicapped so she spent much of her time in the apartment. It was very comfortable for her

Trouble figuring out the hot water heater for the shower.

Excellent position to start visits of any part of Venice. Spacy apartment with all conveniences and beautiful view over the Laguna. Shops and restaurants close by. Very warm welcome by the owner who provided not only biscuits and jam for the first breakfast but even a bottle of Spumante and fruit juice which make you feel welcome from the very first moment. Moreover, he gave in advance plenty of practical information about how to arrive at the apartment, where best to leave the car and which vaporetto to take.

Everything. It,s 11/10. Great appartment, great view, great hospitality! Amazing host, amazing place. Also Giudecca is a great island to see normal life in Venice. Photos of the appartment cannot show you, how great this place is.

The breakfast below expectation. Next time, I would expect more variety (Ex. include egg and bread).

Very nice and quite flat on an Island (Giudecca). Well equipped, nice bathroom and a very comfortable place in the large kitchen/living room with overview of the sea and little islands. Easy to reach by water taxi. Several "nice to haves" provided like milk in the fridge, tea, cookies and chocolate snaks.Very good communication and support by the host. We were two people and each one received a key - makes it possibly easier.

Excellent position, very quite neighborhood, and moreover amazing view: you feel the sea as it is in the living room. Great bathroom with super shower and very good soap and shower gel. Everything clean. Italian sparkling wine, cold tea, milk and fruit juice in the refrigerator as a gift from the owners. The air conditioned didn't work on the first days, but it was fixed in the following days. Without air conditioner, I suffered a lot from the heat, but it was ok after fixing.

Mosquito nets were not perfectly "mosquito-proof", they should be improved a little bit.
