Ceci est un condo de 3 chambres, 2 et 1/2 salle de bain au 4ème étage situé directement sur le magnifique sable blanc de la plage de Perdido Key. Le salon a des portes vitrées de 16 pieds qui s'ouvrent sur le patio avec des vues spectaculaires sur la plage.
L'unité a subi une rénovation majeure au cours de l'hiver, y compris une transformation de la suite principale qui comprend une nouvelle salle de bain principale spa avec une douche en marbre pour 2 avec éclairage d'ambiance et double vanité.
L'unité est meublée avec tous les nouveaux meubles, draps et ustensiles de cuisine. Le salon a 2 canapés pleine grandeur et une belle nouvelle table à manger en bois de grange récupéré avec des sièges pour 8. De plus, nous avons des sièges pour 4 enfants au salon "table basse". Le téléviseur du salon est un écran plat de 65 pouces à la pointe de la technologie et un DVD qui offre une visualisation 3D haute définition incroyable et une X-Box 360 avec plusieurs jeux. La chambre principale dispose d'une télévision de 40 pouces et d'un DVD avec une haute définition.

La 2ème chambre lit king-size dispose également d'une télévision de 32 pouces et d'un lecteur DVD. La 3ème chambre double avec lits jumeaux dispose également d'une télévision de 32 pouces et d'un DVD pour les enfants. Il y a une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur dans une pièce séparée qui contient également de nombreux jouets et chaises de plage.
Le condo a une piscine chauffée qui est directement sous le balcon afin que vous puissiez vérifier les enfants pendant que vous préparez le déjeuner. Ocean Breeze East est à deux miles de l'épicerie Publix et est à distance de marche des boutiques, des restaurants et des bars.

Having lived in Pensacola for 15 years from 2001-2015, we know all the sweet spots. But, we had never stayed in Perdido Key. This spot was lovely, a smaller condominium (only 7 floors) than most, it was nice not to have to deal with a crowd. We had only one dislike in the unit itself - the “macerating” toilet in the master bathroom. It was loud, annoying and even spontaneously active. Other than that, the condo is gorgeous, very tastefully and amply outfitted. We were confused about the many remote controls in the living room, but settled on the Roku. (Watching a screen is sort of sinful when the view outside is so stunning, anyway.) That Allen provides 2 beach chairs and an umbrella is really nice. We were very happy, relaxed during our weeklong return to this slice of paradise. Thank you, Allen Pool!

This is one of the cleanest and comfortable condos in all the years we have been coming to the Gulf of Mexico. Sparkling clean, well appointed furnishings and gorgeous views from the balcony. There was never a wait for the elevators. Allen was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. The kitchen is easy to cook in and all necessary equipment.

Awesome family vacation on the beach. Condo is as advertised. Great location on the 4th floor. Newly renovated with a great master bath. Didn’t need to bring anything for the kitchen. Lots of pots and pans and sharing spices is a great idea. Fish market just a few miles away as is a Publix. Allen was great and gave use easy directions and answered any questions we had. There is an outside storage closet with lots of beach gear and the best part is the rental of the condo comes with rental chairs.

We enjoyed our time at this property. The instructions were clear. The only question coming in was parking for the second vehicle and the owner even called to make sure we knew how to approach this. For us, it is a good size of building, enough amenities, but now a huge volume of people. The owner having access provided for chair and umbrella were a nice touch. The outdoor closet had other beach goodies available for the kids (young and old). Great family time together.

Beautiful gulf views from the balcony, living room, and dining area. Watching and listening to the waves from the balcony made for perfect mornings with coffee, a lunch break from the sun, and perfect evening relaxation. I was happily surprised when we arrived, not just the views, but the condo was fresh and very clean top to bottom, and well maintained.
Perdido Key has everything needed for a great vacation: restaurants, grocery stores, beach shops, and more in a laid-back environment. But if at some point during your stay you desire crowds and more options, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are just minutes away. Lots of hiking trails around the area too.

I really hate writing bad reviews, but I feel that this is warranted. Communications were open between us and Allen, however, we were only notified the night before arrival (21:17 CT) of a roof replacement Stating that they "gave us no notice that the pool would be closed and parking would be messed up". Thankfully, we do not use pools. As an owner of a condo on the beach, I know the requirements of an HOA to notify owners of pending work in order to notify their renters and pay that assessment fee. As the work had started a week prior to our arrival, there was definitely ample time to notify us. This was in my opinion dishonest. But, as requested, I did notify him of the situation once we got there. Due to the scaffolding, getting in and out of the building was somewhat of a maze.
To add to that, "The unit is furnished with all new furniture": but was already in place by 2015 including the linens. "The unit underwent a major renovation completed in 2018 including a master suite transformation…" Again, done at least in early 2015.
The balcony furniture was in bad shape and almost all the screws were rusted which would have transferred to clothing if sat upon. The microwave has a major rusted out area inside, so we did not use. I cannot speak to the beach service, as we didn't use that either.
In summary, I would not rent this unit again and somewhat surprised at all the 5-star reviews.

We had an excellent vacation at Allen's in Ocean Breeze East! The condo is a great corner unit with a perfect view of the gulf! The condo was nicely furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Allen was quick to communicate with me over a few questions I had. I would recommend this unit to anyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze East! It’s on the beach and the layout is great. Allen is an incredibly responsive owner and the place is well stocked with everything you might need—especially the kitchen, which isn’t always the case with rentals. Allen provided a packet of information prior to our stay that included restaurant recommendations for the area. Would definitely rent again!!

Pool could have been cleaned more often and parking across the street for an extra cost of whatever they felt like charging that week was the only things we didn’t like. Perdido Key did not disappoint! The condo was perfect and the beach was beautiful. The only issue was the parking. Each condo is only allowed one parking spot. We had to park our other vehicle across the street for $30.00 per day.

We loved our stay! The unit was clean and recently updated. Loved the ease of getting to the pool and to the beach. Perfectly convenient especially with small children. This Perdido Key condo is your perfect home away from home. Quiet, beautiful beach & plenty of restaurants to choose from.
5 minutes from Publix and another 5-10 minutes to Walmart.
Perfect location. Steps from the pool & a few more steps to the beach made it easy not having to walk too far.
The rental included beach chairs for the week which was so convenient - less for us to pack.
Directly across the street was the cutest restaurant & sno-cone shop. A few more steps down was a little strip mall that had another restaurant, 2 souvenir shops and an ice cream shop.
Highly recommend & would definitely stay here again!

It was our first time in Perdido Key. The ocean view from our balcony was great. Our family of six had plenty of space in the condo which was nice on some of our cold days. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. The washer and dryer was great to have with kids swimming every day! Pool was heated but a little too cool for the adults to swim. The kids swam every day in the pool and loved it. Two beach chairs were reserved every morning for us to enjoy the ocean view. Our building didn’t have as many units as some of the newer buildings along the beach, so our beach space was not as crowded. We loved that. We were walking distance to some restaurants and shops. Quiet and no parking problems. Allen was easy to communicate with and provided all the information we needed. A close drive to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores if you need more excitement. Would recommend for a relaxed stay in Perdido Key!

The condo was great! By far, the nicest we’ve stayed at. Unfortunately the weather was crummy, so we sent a lot if time inside. Very comfortable living room furniture and beds. Out the back door, right on the beach. Kids loved the pool. Nice little restaurant across the street.

This is a very nice older property! A few cons though. The master bed was way too soft, a sleep number mattress would be a huge improvement! There was some kind of bug in the bed with us that we could not identify…you also have fire ants! The thermostat never worked and was stuck on holiday mode, I couldn’t work it! On the plus side it’s right on the ocean which made all the issues we had way more tolerable

We absolutely loved this place. Condo is spacious and very clean with all amenities imaginable. Very comfortable beds, and master bathroom was impressive and spa-like. Best part was wide, corner balcony that provided amazing views of beach and dolphins swimming by. Owner is so nice and responsive, and we really appreciated the stocked kitchen with staples. Seafood market nearby was great too. Highly recommend this place, and our family will be back soon!
