Goed verzorgde locatie. Uitgebreid ontbijt en vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Hele aardige b&b eigenaren. Goede kamer en een goed elektrisch verstelbaar bed. Ontbijt is ook goed, deze b&b is een aanrader.

Accueil très agréable et petit déjeuner vraiment au top. Je recommande vivement.

Difficile à trouver des défauts. Intimité un peu limité dans les chambres car les 4 dorment dans la même pièce sans cloison ni rideaux pour séparer un peu.

Zo'n ontzettende aardige eigenaren! Zeer flexibel/meedenkend, kindvriendelijk (kinderen mochten in de ochtend paarden mee voeren) en heel gewoon heel gastvrij. Super fijn verblijf gehad. Heerlijke bedden en top ontbijtje.

Het enige kleine 'minpuntje'; er zat (nog) geen glas in de raampjes vd deur vd badkamer/het toilet. Als dat gemaakt wordt, is er echt niks op aan te merken!

Lovely host, delicious breakfasts

We used this location for a halfway point between Bruges and Amsterdam. It was easy to find and was in a great location to get back on the road. Really quiet neighborhood and great and welcoming hosts. They had no problem accommodating a 730 breakfast. The beds were comfortable and rooms are amazing. It would be a great location for those traveling with families as they had bunkbeds in two of the rooms.

There is nothing that I would change

Quiet location in the countryside 5 km from Roosendaal center. Room is large and comfortable with angle adjustable beds, which some may prefer(we did not). Breakfast was continental prepared to order(previous evening) by the owners, who are friendly and working hard to improve their property. Good suggestion for evening dinner back in Roosendaal with ur family.

A more fullsome quantity of breakfast should be provided without the guest haaving to ask? The property is still in the middle of major development so parking and access is sometimes fraught? Small access roads and bike priorities require attention by non-native drivers!

Superb quiet location, very friendly host and fab breakfast.

Slightly larger towels would have been good, but if that is the only downside it says a lot about how good the rest was!

the bathroom door doesn’t isolate the toilet. the door glass is missing. You can smell everything…. Not good cooling-heating system. Amy (owner) is an amazing person. She is always positive with nice attitude. Her partner must to learn how to speak to the customers. He is very rude. Not happy with him. They must “hide” him if they like to keep the customers 😉
