We loved our stay in Grand Beach this year! The house was exactly as described and has the perfect location for short walks to the beach. Gina was incredibly responsive and made sure we had a perfect stay. We hope to come again soon!

We had the BEST time at this property with our two little ones (ages 4 and 1)! It could not have been more perfect. We are already counting down the days until we can go back again next summer. The home was so comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beach was a quick walk (about 5 minutes while pulling a wagon) and the neighborhood was so friendly and perfect for strolls with the kids. The most wonderful property for a summer getaway and beautiful family memories!!

Family of 6 with 2 young children. House was fabulous, great location to beach and playground. Warm pool and lots of wildlife. Close to town, restaurants and grocery store. We will be back. Thanks Gina

What a great home!!! The house is lovely..great layout, super clean and well appointed. We celebrated my girlfriends birthday, loved the heated pool, grilling, playing games and enjoying New Buffalo. Highly recommend this property for your next Michigan trip! Thanks!!

This home is lovely. It's fresh and clean in a charming neighborhood, Grand Beach. The private pool is well kept and the lounge chairs provide a truly resort feel to this wonderful vacation home.

Our family had a fantastic long weekend at this Grand Beach home with a pool. The house was very roomy and well equipped. A wonderfully equipped kitchen to cook and converse with our family encourages the togetherness for everyone. There is a large dining table and plenty of seating for everyone. All the bedrooms were large and had very nice bed linens. The bathrooms are new and very nicely done. The pool area was also clean and lots of chair options- lounge/ sun chairs, umbrella table and couch area. Only a short walk to the beach was a bonus for our nightly sunset watch party. We will definitely be back for another visit.

The home is just beautiful. Open concept and updated kitchen. Bedrooms comfortable and bathrooms updated. Gina was an excellent communicator. Great experience all the way around.

This place was awesome- close to the beach, had a pool and was ready for our party of 7. The best thing is working with Gina whom I have worked with for the past 3 summers and she’s THE BEST!!!

I have rented multiple times from Gina, but this was the first time at this house and we had a wonderful time. She was extremely responsive to any questions we had, and even arranged for us to be able to arrive a few hours early to enjoy the sunshine! The pictures look exactly like the home did when we arrived.

Everything was as promised. Fully equipped kitchen. Beds comfortable. Pool of course is the highlight! Also beautiful sunsets! Everyone had a wonderful time. Gina is great to work with.

Relaxing vacation
We have rented this property before. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to so many amenities that we enjoy. Gina and Blake are very pleasant and "right there" if you need their services.

We got the jackpot with Gina and this beautiful home in Grand Beach on Lake Michigan. House was wonderful and stocked with everything we needed. Heated pool was the best for cool nights and when windy conditions made lake swimming unsafe. Teenagers loved it! We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay, this was a return visit from last year..wonderful house for family's ..we all had good sleeping arrangements ..kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 tables
2 negatives ...was too much mulch near the pool..we kept getting it on our feet and in house and only 1 beach access ..and very rocky

Enjoyed our stay, this was a return visit from last year..wonderful house for family's ..we all had good sleeping arrangements ..kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 tables

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental! The house was perfect and the private pool was the cherry on top. Our only complaint is that our stay wasn't longer! We look forward to returning again in the future.

Great home and better manager
Home was a lovely get away for a cold weekend. Four bedrooms, large living area. We’ll hopefully be back in the summer. Gina is fabulous - came over on a Saturday night to help with a TV issue. Very attentive and thoughtful.

Although the house wasn't on the water, it was only half a block away. The Grand Beach neighborhood was very nice and peaceful. She was great at offering suggestions for things to do and even brought us everything we needed to build a fire in the firepit and cook s'mores. The house is wonderful, clean, modern and has everything you need. It is a two-minute walk to the beach and the kids loved having a choice between the pool and the beach. Will be back!

Relaxing, socially distanced get-away
Lovely home was exactly as pictured in a pleasant, quiet area. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and walking to the lake. Gina greeted us upon our arrival and let us know we could reach out with any questions during our visit.

My family has stayed at this house the past two years with kids ranging from baby to 9yo and it’s the perfect location for a relaxing long weekend. The house is spacious, the pool is perfect for the kids and the backyard and fire pit are great for eating dinner and relaxing. The laid back neighborhood is perfect for walks and bike rides and has easy access to the beach.

Wonderful stay
The property was excellent and clean; Gina was super helpful and responsive. And the heatedpool with toys was just amazing. My kids had a blast. The location is very pretty too with a golf course tennis courts beaches and farms. We will be back!
