Bella casa sulla spiaggia con vista lago Michigan a Grand Beach, Michigan. Guarda il tramonto su Chicago con un mazzo molto confortevole. Questo cottage è dotato di due camere da letto, un bagno e una vista incredibile. Campo da golf e parco a pochi passi. Tutto ciò che serve è un costume da bagno.

This is the third time we have stayed here. My wife and I look for smaller properties that have something unique. This fits the bill. Staying right on Lake Michigan is the best and we spend at least one day on the deck...hearing the waves and watching the boaters go by.

Not even sure where to begin. My wife and three kids absolutely loved this place, from the lake views on the deck outside to the charm, comfort, and cleanliness inside. Kay, the owner, greeted us as we arrived and made sure we had all the needed info for the week. She was always available to answer questions we had. The little Grand Beach community is gorgeous and has its own private beach. The golf cart was a huge bonus and allowed us to take a 60 second ride to the beach with kids in tow. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed including kitchen utensils, beach chairs, and towels. The fireplace was an incredible bonus. We can’t wait to go back.

This is the second time we have stayed at the property. We spent one whole day just listening to the waves and enjoying the the day. While somewhat cool we were happy to see some boats on the water and enjoyed the day.

There are no words to describe how beautiful and wonderful this home and location is. It is the best vacation and best home we have ever rented. Thank you for everything!

This was our second time at this property and it was perfect. We spent, most of our time on the deck, watching the water and reading. The house is well equipped with anything that you might need. Kaye is available if you need anything, but otherwise, is unobtrusive. We plan to go back next summer.

The house is just as nice as described, and the location (right on Lake Michigan) is even better! All amenities supplied, including all of the kitchen equipment I needed, great air conditioning, and most important, a lovely deck with table, chairs, and comfortable chaise lounges, looking right on Lake Michigan. The community of Grand Beach is charming. Beaches a short walk away. We were well taken care of. The best vacation home ever!

Loved the view and the unique little neighborhood of this rental. House had everything needed. Owner allowed us use of the golf cart which helped when going to the nearby beach. I did think that the house had beach access based on the description. Beach was very rocky. Nearby beaches are drivable and beautiful.

This is our second year in a row visiting this property. Kay is a wonderful host! She provides you with all the amenities you may need. The beach is less than a minute away. We can’t wait to return!

The experience was great and Grand Beach is wonderful. Easy access to beaches, dining, kid’s activities and golf.
The house was very nice and fit our needs perfectly. The view of evening sunsets was nothing short of spectacular as well.

The house was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The deck though is what makes it very special. We spent our entire week on the deck- listening to the water, watching sunsets and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.
One note,, as other reviewers have mentioned- the deck is connected to other decks, so it is not isolated and if other people are out on their decks, you do see and hear them.. However, there is plenty of privacy and after our initial reaction, it proved not to be a problem.

We enjoyed a few weekdays at this property. The deck was comfortable and relaxing with beautiful views. The hostess was very welcoming and responsive and communicative. The area lost power after a big storm, and she kept us updated as she received estimates of power restoration. It was our first time in Grand Beach. The residents were friendly. The golf cart will included with the rental was convenient for getting around. The golf course was quiet, not crowded, and perfect for casual golfers, especially with children. The golf course staff were nice and helpful. The rates are great, especially the twilight special. We explored nearby towns that are busier and have stores, restaurants and big beaches, but we were always glad to come back to the pleasant and peaceful Village of Grand Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this Grand Beach home. It was clean and the view was amazing. The owner and her daughter were so sweet and everything was as described. I would stay here again for sure!

Our family of four had a great vacation in Grand Beach. Kaye was easy to work with and responsive to our needs. All was on mark with our expectations (house, location, and views).
Enjoyed playing golf/tennis, kids had a great time at the beaches and Warren Dunes State Park.

Booking and check in was very easy. Beautiful view from the living room and deck. House looked just like the pictures. Nice neighborhood to walk around and very nice neighbors. Great place to relax.

Our family enjoyed our stay! My kiddos loved the beach experience and the gorgeous patio view. We were able to enjoy the beach privately the days we were there. Kitchen was fully equipped for our small BBQ.

Grand Beach was a relaxing and beautiful place to stay-the view from the deck is spectacular. We enjoyed walking and biking around the neighborhood.

A wonderful experience from beginning to end at the Moriarty’s lake house. Well appointed, very clean, and the view can’t be beat. Loved Grand Beach and its offerings including the fun no-frills golf course and beach. The golf court was an added plus! Kaye and her family and everyone in Grand Beach are very friendly. Looking forward to coming back for another lake getaway!

My mom and I did a girls' getaway to Kaye's place for a few days, and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The balcony picture is completely accurate - breathtaking lake views right below you. The house was immaculately clean, which we were beyond appreciative of particularly during current times. Kaye was super friendly and accessible with any questions we had. Would call out that it is a shared patio to Kaye's place, but we had plenty of privacy and space to ourselves. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!! Thanks so much for an amazing trip Kaye!

We had such a relaxing weekend. Some of our stay was frustrating, but only because the weather did not cooperate with us...too much wind to get out on Lake Michigan when we reserved a boat and pouring down rain for our kayaking reservation! So, we found ourselves at the rental house more than we anticipated. That being said, it was a great house to get "stuck" in. We found everything we needed and the view of Lake Michigan was fantastic. Kay lives next door and was always available if we needed anything. The neighbors were also very nice and welcoming as well. We would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in the area. Thanks Kay

Cottage was very neat and uncluttered. Comfortable furniture and beds, including the deck furniture. We spent most of our time sitting on the deck, listening to the surf against the shore just below us. We watched a great sunset, with the Chicago skyline highlighted in the aamazing colors. Kaye was friendly and present but unintrusive. Great stay. We will likely return.
