We were ultimately very disappointed. Sadly, I'm an Executive Housekeeper, professionally, and I tend to give a lot of credit where improvements are necessary. The items we dealt with were clearly consistent and not being handled. I called/texted property management, went to the front desk and was met with EXCUSES....EXCUSES. $2011 paid, should have been $500. We arrived on site around 2pm, went to the condo where housekeeping had just BEGUN to clean. There were 2 gals, and a small 3 year old (guessing) little boy playing with sand toys in the living room. We respectfully left and said we'd be back after 4. At 5, we returned, they were just leaving. All area rugs were still in wash machine, dishwasher was full, and sand was prevalent throughout the unit. We were so pleased to be settling, I completed the work. It was obvious that this was a late or trashed check out. Dishes were scattered, no designated ONE cabinet. All glasware, bowls, tupperware and silverware just tossed into several drawers. Dishwasher was still 1/2 full, and upon running it, the sound was loud, and clearly not working well. I hand washed. Rugs were in washer, I dried them and placed throughout. All terry, towels were scattered about, not on towel bars, and there WERE NOT WASHCLOTHS at all. All towels were greyish, with holes and on. Needing replaced. Fortunately, we brought 6 beach towels that we used. There were at least 4 lamps burned out, and shades broken, hanging on an angel. We were 3 couples, traveling from 3 different locations, with 3 cars. We had just 2 park permits. Calls to property Management offered no solutions. I had to move, and feed coins into machines to keep the car from being towed. Literally spent over 50.00 on parking meters!! Elevators broken, pool closed, no grill, late check in, burned out lights, maint issues.....LACK OF ANY RESPONSE FROM PROP MANAGERS ON ANY OF THIS!!

Pool was closed due to "maintenance", per the Front Desk staff, however there was nothing happening. It was crystal clear, and we were told a second time, it was because of the tree-trimmers......nope, not that either. BBQ grill was CHAINED closed, and we had to buy a grill for the nearly 200.00 in meat we purchased for grilling. ELEVATORS WERE AWFUL...lights went out over weekend, they jumped, opened mid-floor and doors struggled to open all week. We walked once, but the 94 degree temps and 87% humidity made it difficult...as we were on the 6th floor.
