I was very disappointed with the room. bed has no sheet just a fitted sheet. we have to asked for a blanket since only had a comforter. shower room has no door. i was in the same place year 2020 with friends and we were very happy with our rooms the reason i booked again in the same place/hotel. will do it again next time.

property looks different in real life. The entrance door of the hotel is small like a lodge inn only.

the staff were very good and prompt !

the drainage in the bathroom was poor although the staff helped with towels to soak up the water ! if you charge so much u should provide at least a bottle of complimentary drinking water in the room !

Nothing....room so dirty,no enough chair,security guard no good...toilet so bad

The hotel is really bad I checked in the first room and it was wet and l noticed water leak from the AC at the wall the staff transfer me to a different room however it was bet worse the bathroom was not flushing and the bedroom floor was sticky. There was no complimentary tea or coffee nor water.

Room was not clean and was in poor general repair

The size of our studio room was big and bright. WE love the size.

WE almost have to beg staff to clean the room and provide fresh toilet paper. Our room was near he main road and it was very noisy. The way to reduce the noise is to put double panel window or have some sort of noise reduction device.

the hotel is not too far from bgc where we spent most of our time.

grubby, old rooms that haven’t been well looked after or refurbished in a long time. the hotel/rooms is nothing like the photos. the towels had dark stains on them they were so old. the staff were ok but they will try to charge you extra for anything they can. the room was ready when we arrived but they wanted to charge us for an extra night just to check in early. noisy at night
