Frühstück war gut und lecker. Die Auswahl ist groß. Frühstucksraum ist sehr groß es wird bei wenigen Besuchern verkleinert. In der Lounge ähnliche Auswahl nur muss man alles von der Karte bestellen.

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht. Zimmer die über booking für 4 angeboten werden reichen nicht aus. Bzw. Ein Zustellbett ist möglich, 3 müssen in einem Bett schlafen

The location, it was clean with modern interiors, had a casino which was convenient for my mum.

Didn’t appreciate not being allowed to bring food into the hotel, especially having kids who preferred to have fast food from Jollibee. And it was difficult for us as our special needs child made it impossible for us to eat at restaurants outside. Yet we couldn’t really bring take away to the hotel. We had to explain our situation all time which became frustrating. And a deposit being held by the hotel is going to take 2-3 weeks to refund back to our account, when it should be virtually instantaneous.

slow check in process, bathtub was huge but not really comfortable, walang mahigaan or masandalan ng maayos.

The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast has many choices avalable. I have requested for best possible service for my parents as it's their anniversary and we weren't dissapponited with the service provided, there was even a complimentary cake waiting for them at their room upon check-in. My dad had a minor accident, he was well taken care of the staffs and parameidcs on site who attended him and looked after him to ensure he's fine.

I paid for deluxe twin room and asked for early check-in the front desk was very accommodating and even gave us a FREE room upgrade to suite! For 3 yrs of my hotel hopping, this is my first time getting a room upgrade. Also, I was surprised that everything in the minibar was already included the room we paid. Thank you Hyatt! We'll definitely go back!

heaps of issues upon checking in: 1) booked via booking.com we were trying to adjust the booking as I have my 2 daughters with me the told me to do it via booking.com as I have booked from there. I was also calling the City of Dreams prior arrival no picked up. 2) upon checking in, I was assisted by Roi, he was nice but told us that no more extra beds available. he was trying to move us to the suit - I am happy to pay but since it was holiday he can not move me there straight so we will have to move around. I have told him I am only in Phil for 2 nights and 2 days. So he ended up putting us in standard single room with 2 kids. He also mentioned that there’s no extra bed available and with just 1 king size bed. so I told him “ I am not paying 16,000 a night for us to sleep in 1 king size bed as there’s no sofa. we wont be sleeping on the floor while paying this high amount, and just transfer to different hotel near by. (He also went inside for a while which we have no idea why, and came back with that plan). So he ended up saying this, oh Ma’am we have extra bed for you, we will just have to set it up. 3) since we added extra 2 kids, I was expecting that Roi put a note to put extra towel for them and extra shower cap. I have to request this prior, my daughter needs to call the reception next day for this. the next day they have cleaned the room without putting extra shower cup, they only gave 1 per bedroom and expecting us to use this for 4 people. my daughter called reception again to request this but did not arrived to our bedroom. 4) the fabric of the sofa was really filthy, it has stained from food and there’s also white stained on it, this is disgusting. 5) the bathroom sink was clogged, we have to wait for the water to drain so the next person can use it as the water was slowly draining. 6) The only good thing happened was the breakfast team, they are nice and made my stay unforgettable, and this is the reason why I gave Hyatt Hotel number 4 rates.

Service is great and unparalleled. Especially loved the buffet breakfast: they opened early) and closed late (11am). The variety for the breakfast buffet was great too! The pool layout was a bit confusing where we stayed (we were billeted in a room in the Hyatt building adjacent to Nobu and had access to their pools. One great thing also is they allowed my kid to swim in Nobu as long as we asked permission (normally it costs 950 per head for pool and lounge access)

The UG level reeked of smoke (probably because the casino section isn't enclosed but open). Not what I liked but there is no indoor pool, so my kid wasn't able to enjoy the pool on out last day because of thunderstorm safety.

I booked for a Club Room and it was as I expected. Our room is spacious and clean and everything on the minibar is for free. The breakfast is good and beds were comfortable. Since we were on the Club Room, we had access to the club lounge where you can have free coffee, tea and drink anytime and light meals from 5 to 7pm.

You need patience for the check-in as the waiting time is long, though you can already have drinks, coffee or tea and some cookies while waiting. The same goes for check out. Although breakfast is ok, I just wish they will improve the food serve during breakfast as well as food on the club lounge.
