Excellent location and very clean with good supply of linen and towels. Kitchen well stocked and wide range of household goods.
Bedrooms a bit small but ok and the couch was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise very good stay.

We loved our stay. The property was the perfect location to drive into, park the car and walk. We had extended family on the other side of the Yarra and went to the football at the MCG...nothing was too far away.

The apartment was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The location was quiet and only 5 minutes walk to cafes, restaurants and public transport, we loved our walks along the river to choose a restaurant. We will be staying here the next time we’re in Melbourne.

Melbourne obviously has extensive 7/11’s etc but it would be nice to have the apartment stocked with a box of spring water or something. Otherwise very nice indeed.

The unit is immaculate and reflects the listing. The location was within walking distance to the City. Parking was a bonus too!
Unfortunately paper thin walls and noisy neighbours hampered our experience. We could hear the neighbouring property's TV blaring from the main bedroom every late every night, disrupting our sleep.
Not sure anything can be done to address, but it impacted our stay negatively.

We stayed for 11 nights on a visit to Melbourne. It is a perfect location, only 3 minutes from South Beach, the Royal Gardens, and an easy walk to the tennis center and Melbourne Cricket stadium. The apartment was very clean and very secure with a key fob needed for both entry and use of the elevator. We will definitely look to stay here again when visiting Melbourne.

We enjoyed our stay here, with Southbank just a stones throw away and right behind Hamer Hall for a quick trip back after a concert at the Arts Precinct. The two bed/bath home had all we needed to cook a few meals and have a lazy day in when we needed it.
Tried to contact the owner through the Stayz ap a few times and couldn't get an answer, so just as well nothing went wrong. But we did enjoy the great location and stay.

The location was perfect for us and our friends from the USA. Close to Fed Square and Flinders Street trams. A lovely walk to the World Cup game through Alexandra Gardens and the Swan St bridge. This apartment had the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that we needed.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well designed. Its location was ideal, steps from the bridge to the CBD, while another path led to the beautiful green belt walk along the river adjacent to the Botanic Gardens. The only we suggestion we have is for the owner to consider upgrading the mattresses. She was delightful and helpful with dining and sightseeing suggestions. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We were 4 adults that enjoyed this very clean, comfortable apartment on the doorstep to Southbank attractions. The apartment block is extremely quiet and double glazing keeps the traffic and building noise out. Would happily stay again.

The location is fantastic, perfect for the Art Centre precinct as well as Southgate and the city. Everything you need is at your doorstep. I can confidently say that the cleanliness is done to a very high standard, clean beds and bathrooms looked great - was very comfortable to stay here. Will definitely be back again!

Clean and location, location, location.
Food crt around the corner, restaurants, cross the Yarra and your at Flinders street station. Everything’s walking distance, and free tram to get around the city from the station.

Lovely location & clean, comfortable home
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Very convenient location. Enjoyed the Royal Botanic Gardens, took the free Melbourne visitors tour provided by Melbourne Greeter Service. (3 hour walking tour) & recommend it highly. Home is lovely & well appointed with 2 queen size beds & 2 full bathrooms. Owners were excellent to work with. Recommend it highly.

My husband, son and I stayed at this property as it was close to Southgate restaurants and cafes, Flinders street Station and the NGV. It is centrally located, clean and comfortable, has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room area and a full kitchen and dining area - not to mention a view of the city. The hosts were polite and friendly in their communication. We hope to return.
