we had been told the previous renter had smoked and that the apartment had been cleaned ... the host told us we would still smell a little smoke which we did so not really a complaint just confirming what the host told us.

Fantastic apartment and location and the Apartment Manager, Inna, was super responsive and communicative!

The Building lifts occasionally got stuck

Being in the city it was a convenient location for plenty of public transport options so we didn't have to spend much time there. The staff in the lobby were lovely

The rudeness of the cleaning staff and owner, the filthy, unhygienic conditions we had to stay in, lack of access to included facilities we payed to use, unprofessional behaviour and change of checkout time on the day of without prior notice, my children and I being abused!

there wasnt a mirror in the room. there was only a mirror in the bathroom.

Location was spot on in china town. Loved the night Life and atmosphere even on weeknights. The unit was comfy and extra bonus points for the verandah, made it feel more spacious.

There were no tea or coffee supplies, milk or the little extra treats you usually would get at a hotel. The shower water pressure was difficult to control or balance without it flying around like a loose hose.

Excellent location, comfortable bed

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment to sleep 4 people. When our 'host' showed us into the property we were in a studio. When explaining we had family visiting us for a couple of days of our stay, which was why we booked for 4 people. she said that was not her problem take it up with booking.com. I asked if she thought we had only booked for 2 people why was there a fold up bed in the corner. Inna was extremely rude and abrupt and complained from the moment she saw us that she had been working since 8am and was exhausted. She insisted we had only booked for two people and when I showed her the confirmation email for apartment she would not even read it and told me not to give her a bad review because booking.com had made the error. She then stated this is why you people should book through my website. She handed me an agreement and told me to just sign it take a photo of it as she didn't have time for me to read it, which I refused. When I advised her this was not what we were expecting she stated 'well you won't get anywhere else now as it's too close to Easter. Inna then asked when our visitors were due and I told her Thursday and Friday night. No surprise she suddenly remembered she had an apartment available just for those exact nights which she would let us have for an extra $220 per night. She was not happy when we declined. The studio was in a very neglected state of repair, The carpets were filthy; bathroom cabinet literally coming apart at base; bathplug did not fit bath; the free toiletries advertised amounted to one bar of soap; no wi-fi; no desk; no clothes drier; no basics i.e. tea, coffee, milk; (all advertised as being included) TV remote did not work. Inna's attitude from the time she stepped out of the lift to the time she left the studio was contemptuous, unprofessional and downright rude.
