Location is fantastic near to central station and plenty of food around.

Bathroom water is bit slow, may need an upgrade.

Good location near Paddy's Market and Chinatown. Easy access to Central Station and the tram line. The room was a good size with 2 double beds. The bathroom was a little small but had great towels and accessories. They kindly gave us umbrellas to use in the torrential rain.

Sydney is very expensive, so I think breakfast should be included in the room rate. We could hear the people running around upstairs in the middle of the night. It's the only noises we heard. Nothing from guests on our level or the road outside...so we may have just been unlucky.

Quite a big room with plenty of parking next door. Very handy to town, plenty of food options in the surrounding streets. Easy to walk to local amenities.

More signage from the carpark to the reception, other than that, no complaints from us.

I didn’t like the Shower over bath. It was Extremely hard to get in and out of. It should be more obvious when booking, so other options may be made available. I am not elderly or unsteady on my feet, so I could only imagine someone with less ability to navigate the situation. It was a lot higher than others I have used & less room for navigating getting in and out due to the size of the bathroom being small.

Ausgezeichnete Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu China Town, Central Station und Verkehrsmitteln. Sehr freundliche junge Leute im Service und an der Bar. Sehr gemütlicher Eingangsbereich mit Sofas zum Bier-und Weintrinken. Zimmergrösse zufriedenstellend.

The beds were comfy.

The reception toilets were unclean. The pool was tiny, photos online are misleading. The location was further out of town that expected. The area didn’t feel entirely safe, not a family area, lots of young crowds and takeaway’s nearby and not many family friendly places to eat that we could find anyway.

The hotel could offer guests a more reasonable priced food service menu ….breakfast was a far overpriced! No option for a lighter priced meal

Shower over bath - never been a fan however the water pressure+temperature is perfect & the bathroom cleanliness is maintained well enough for me to tolerate that fact.

The rooms were dated, sliding door to balcony had broken lock and when travelling alone with a child I was scared to even take a shower incase they tried to open the door and go out without supervision. very disappointed with value for money paying over $700 for one night and the room was very small and not safe given I couldn’t lock the balcony door to prevent a child accessing it. Paving around the pool was broken and a trip hazard given they move when you walk on them.

The hotel is in a good location - near Sydney Central (main train station) and the tram. Their rooms are huge and spacious. It has both WiFi and wired internet (LAN) available. Good breakfast buffet spread. Houskeeping kept our room pristine evereyday.

The room's TV doesn't come with Netflix, or even Youtube, when even lower category hotels like Ibis already have them.

Check in it takes abt 45 mins even the manager is @ her office did not bother to help. Que is that long and receptionist is not knowledgeable enough to help the guess abt there enquiries. No free water for the guess Reception is not helpful enough for the guess abt there luggage if u dont asked they will not even offer..they just tell u where and how u get ur luggage inside the hotel..

Location is great, near to the places we wanted to go.

No complimentary drinking water provided in the room, which should be provided considering the price per night and hotel star rating. Other lower start rating that I stayed before provided drinking water and sachets of instant coffee and tea. There was additional surcharge for making payment using credit card. This is not acceptable as the hotel can't expect the guests to get ready few hundred of dollars cash for hotel room payment, and could be few thousand dollar cash if I'm staying for a week or more. And depending on the number of nights you stay, it could go above $100 in credit card surcharge, which is significant and should not be paid by room guest. I have not been informed or notified about credit card surcharge when booking was made via booking.com, so the surcharge was unexpected when payment was made at the reception. I have not experienced such surcharge when I stayed in other hotels before. Room facilities are old, generally cleanliness is acceptable. Water leaks at the fitting of shower head, causing water pressure is low from teh shower head.

Older hotel and it shows inside. Bathroom door didn’t open and shut properly and just needs an upgrade. Elevators are slow and make noises that make you question if it’s safe.
