Lift was a bit slow. Also, had a problem with shower. Water very hot, couldn't get past it to turn it off. flooded bathroom, Carpet soaked. However, staff brought in two big air blowers, so carpet was dry by evening. All staff very helpful.

La literie est très confortable. On est très bien placé. Le personnel à l'accueil est agréable. Nous avons pu profiter du SPA facilement.

Il manquait 1 ou 2 accessoires de cuisine (égouttoir, couverts au plus juste). Beaucoup d'attente pour l’ascenseur. Le bruit du train le matin peut déranger.

once we arrived the reception staff were rude and messaging on their phone , ignorant that we were even their . Everytime we left or returned and walked past reception not one smile or hello . House keeper entered our room without knocking while we were there . location was good just poorly ran , swimming pool and spa were putrid , paint peeling off walls and a huge 1m x1m hole in the wall near the spa , not very clean at all

The staff friendliness.

It was a really spacious suite, in a convenient central location, great for accessing the sites of Sydney. A few of the hotel facilities were not working/below par. 1) the swimming pool was so cold it couldn’t be used comfortably. In fact we never saw anyone in it for that reason 2) the jet pool water jets didn’t work 3) the games room was empty and locked up. It shouldn’t therefore be advertised as a facility In the room facilities were ok but there was no dishcloth provided, only a Brillo pad Our dishwasher didn’t work despite maintenance checking it. It works turn on and then stop 10 minutes later The fridge was too cold and so our fresh produce such as cucumber and capsicum froze. We then turned it up after first day but this was disappointing as an expensive waste. When we checked out the receptionist claimed we had been given 3 keys (we had been given 2) and told us we would be charged if they couldn’t find it. This was a sour ending to our trip and better care needs to be taken at checkin for both parties to sign how many keys are provided to avoid such accusations. Despite the issues stated the hotel itself is a great location and good space. Great cleaners.

Room was very tired to say the least, with broken taps, doors that wouldn't close or didn't open easily,cracks in tiles and v small bathroom with pokey kitchenette. Also very noisy- not soundproof.

Great location near a good variety of cafes, restaurants and shops. The unit was spacious and ideal for 3-4 adults. It was great to be able to wash our clothes, with everything in good working order. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our unit felt a little dated with bathroom showing signs of water retention in cabinets. There were some long (ceiling to floor) cracks in the entrance way walls which had us speculating but nothing that got in the way of us enjoying the unit.

Some things didn't work or didn't function properly, such as the ventilation in the bathroom, the oven and the TV.

Location was great and central, so central the train that ran all night was right beside the window, unfortunately right where the train needed to start braking ..2e were upgraded to a 3 bedroom but ended up sleeping in the two rooms furthest from the train. Room was large and clean. Easy walking distance to museum station or the light rail is even closer.

The parking isn't signposted at all. I messaged the property twice about the parking and only got one message back that it was confirmed. No level or area/bay number etc. Daughter went to counter and asked where the entry to parking was while idrove around the block (again) came and pressed the button to let us in, jumped in and we drove in vain looking for marked spots. Very long (slightly traumatic lost teen) story later, you MUST get the Bay number as the parks are for residents and are caged. There is also one set of lifts to the Regis and one to the Oaks. Helps to know before hand as it's not marked on the lift... Also pull room door shut, otherwise can sit ajar without you noticing.

We liked the location. Walking distance from Central train station and Haymarket light rail station. We didn't realised but it is at Thai town where there were heaps of Thai eateries. It was also very near to Capitol theatre.

It was next to the train line so it was quite noisy especially at night. It maybe due to the fact we were on the lower floor of the building (hint- request for higher floor?). TV had limited channels despite having Foxtel.
