we couldnt open windows. would be nice if you repar windows. Air inside rooms was poor.

Near Zakazinskiv Ukrainy metro which takes you directly to the center of Kharkov (you can get a BIG TASTEE burger there at McDonalds at Beketova metro stop)...at the first stop, or ride on to the main switching station for all metro branches at the next stop! If you have at least minimal Russian language skills, you can great produce and goods at the nearby open market. There is a fair “productovi” store about 400 meters away...minimal language skills desirable... but prices fair and marked. If you want to live in the center...Puskinska street, for maybe a few more HR. Per night, you can get a MUCH BETTER APARTMENT.

Not the cleanest, rusty electric cooking pad, non-adjustable heat (steam radiator too hot in small space) no AC in summer, so beware!...In sitting room furniture worn, not clean, lower floor with broken windows on street, must be careful re: theft. Building VERY OLD, but functional. I said, in Russian, as a courtesy to the listing agent, when I first walked in: VERY GOOD (this was before finding issues)...Agent replied “NO, NOT VERY GOOD”, and then laughed. I believe the owners live in the only adjacent apartment on ground floor...never SAW them, but except for road noise on Moskovski Ave, place was QUIET!

Location was Ok. Space is big enough.

Terrible bed, almost impossible to sleep. Very low wifi signal.
