Quiet area. Bus stop and supermarkets nearby. Ease of accessing the property and room as well as check out.
Nice property but needs renovation. Room, shared bathroom/toilet as well as kitchen was not very clean. It was advertised as having balcony and private bathroom and there was neither a balcony nor a private bathroom.

I have plenty of photos of the place. I left very early on and sent a complaint to booking.com but booked it without logging in so wasn’t sure where my confirmation was.

The staff was excellent and kind. Very understanding great people

The host was very friendly and helpful. The location was great for the start of the marathon. Area would possibly not be great otherwise but there was ample free on street parking and the walk to the coast was ok
No problems with this basic lodge apart from maybe the lighting was not automatic. So it was hard to get started, find the room etc. Also going out to the bathroom at night.
Room C was a twin whereas I expected a double room having booked for two
