Lovely, spacious and clean apartment! only a ten minute walk if even from the center.

It was strictly an average apartment with a good size bedroom and small living room. There was a lot of traffic noise throughout the day and at night time so if you’re travelling with young kids please be mindful .

So our host upon booking the flat asked if we need an airport transfer from Naples , I asked them to send me a quote and upon reviewing I found somewhere cheaper and asked them not to bother with the transfer as I booked someone else. At the airport we had a taxi waiting for us ( which we thought was the one I booked as I had no reason to believe otherwise) it appeared Host booked us a transfer anyways and we had to pay €160 on top of what we had paid for the actual transfer we booked already. When asked they confirmed they forgot to cancel the booking from their end but still haven’t refunded us . So it’s been a month and we’re still waiting to hear back despite of so many reminders no one is responding back!!! We requested baby crib at the time of booking and they agreed to provide but it wasn’t there when we got to the flat so my baby and I had to sleep on the floor on blanket as the other bed wasn’t safe for baby to sleep. They sent the crib next day but no mattress !!!! It was back and forth with them and on day 3 we finally got a mattress !!! Disaster

The location was good

I lived in sorrento for 6 months and was excited to show my friend it. I was very disappointed with this stay. First, the pictures are very decieving. There is no water view...unless u open the windo and stick your head out and look around the corner. The balcony faces a very busy road that kept us up all night and you wouldn't want to sit on it. There is no pool...it is the hotels pool and you need to pay for it. The air conditioners don't work well...and are off and on...during very hot months. The coffee make didnt work. In the end the manager stopped responding to us. It was not worth the money.

Comfortable, spacious and modern apartment with brand new air conditioning and hot water system. Walking distance to Sant'Agnello - highly recommend Bar La Terrazza for views over the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius. There are several other dining options in Sant'Agnello, unfortunately we only discovered that on our last day.

Location is 20 minutes walk from center of Sorrento so in the summer it is not a comfortable stroll into town. On the other hand this location does allow you to walk to Sant'Agnello. If you use the sofa bed and leave it out for the duration of your stay there are no other "comfy" seating options, only folding chairs or bar stools.

The flat was clean, spacious for 2 people and in a reasonable location for getting into Sorrento centre (10-15 min walk)

The flat was on the main road that was very noisy at all hours of the night, which made sleep often impossible
