We are local but like to come to Point Royale in the summer so family and friends can come visit and take part in the amenities while sharing each other's company. We also have a dog and there are not many pet friendly places. This condo was wonderful. It was on the golf course with a beautiful and spacious balcony. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the place was immaculate. Would definitely recommend!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We were only a 5-10 min drive from everything we wanted to do while in Branson. Sonya was an A+ host with excellent communications regarding any and everything we asked. The pool at the resort was great too. It was nice to have that option available to us.

This property was so great! It was the perfect little apartment for 4 of us to stay in for the weekend. We enjoyed the common space and the patio for hanging out, and we thought the pool on the property was wonderful! One of the beds was very firm, but I know some people like that, so it's not even a negative really. We would absolutely come and stay at this property again! We felt like we could get in and out easily, and it's a pretty good location in terms of where everything we wanted to go to in Branson was located!

My sister and I took our 10-12 year old boys for a two night stay. This condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great… close to activities but far enough away that it was nice and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked with supplies. We had to drive to the pool at the resort, but that wasn’t a big deal as it was fairly close. Communication with the owner was simple and they had a very reasonable checklist of things to do before checkout (way better than some I’ve stayed at). Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed this property for our short weekend away. It was pet friendly but super clean and updated. All the ameneties we needed to not spend a fortune on meals out and we definitely plan to stay at this location again in the future.

Sonya's place was GREAT, sooooo clean and comfy, we felt right at home instantly. Location was good & amenities were EXCELLENT! Indoor/Outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis and much more. The back balcony overlooks the golf course with a little stream directly behind is relaxing. Beds were super comfy, all furniture was comfy really, we all loved the rental. Sonya is a top notch host, good instructions & quick to respond to messages, we all highly recommend!!!! Thanks Sonya!

We wanted a quiet winter getaway and found exactly that at the Lake Front Pointe Royale Resort. We enjoyed walking & running through the snow covered stunning neighborhood. Branson was not busy as usual so we enjoyed the town to ourselves. The owner stayed in constant contact to check on us. The condo was perfectly decorated and stocked. We will be back again soon!

Pros: location was amazing, just 10 minutes from the main drag. Check in was very simple and coming/going was easy. Fireplace was very nice for Christmas morning ambience. We were safe and mostly comfortable. Price was very affordable and we were so happy that our dogs were welcome. Pull out bed made it so my two teens could each have their own bed. Wifi was decent, and there was cable TV.
Cons: The condo was mostly pretty clean, but the baseboards were pretty grimy, and there were crumbs in the pull out bed. The Jacuzzi tub was a normal sized bathtub, too small for plus sized folks. The light over the dining table was burnt out and too high to change the bulb without a ladder. The king bed was far firmer than we prefer, but that's a gamble any time you sleep away from home.
I would give this condo an overall 4 out of 5 stars.

As some have stated before the light above the table did not work, the shower in the bathroom off the main bedroom has something wrong with the diverter, and the balcony door doesn’t lock. Which granted who is going to scale the wall and get up there but it’s peace of mind. There are boards there to block the door but they are way too short which is weird.
These are minor issues for us we really enjoyed or stay and it was very peaceful this time of year! Very clean and excellent bath towels!
Tip make sure to bring paper towels!

Overall was a nice stay there was a few minor issues with the condo patio door was hard to open and shut,2 of the four kitchen chairs need reparied loose and wobbling was no way to turn light on above kitchen table,hall bath has some flooring coming up but other then that was a nice place and we enjoyed the stay thank you

Really enjoyed ourselves as a family of 4 with our dog. Spacious clean condo was perfect for our needs. Great community that was located to allow us to explore the area. Host was responsive and great. Would definitely recommend!

This darling condo was well-appointed and quiet - perfect for a long weekend with friends. We loved having our coffee on balcony overlooking the golf course, and enjoyed several long walks throughout the property.
Comfy beds, plenty of towels and a well-equipped kitchen.
We travel with a service dog which is another reason that this property was ideal. (Plus she had treats for visiting doggos!)
We will definitely book it again.

It was a great place to stay. felt safe and secure. if there was a problem got fix. Had a great view. watch the golfers and even talk to a few on the porch. We are going back next year. we enjoyed our self's very much. Thank You.

This was our quick family vacation this year and this unit did not disappoint. Quiet location, nice amenities and our favorite part was that it was pet friendly. This was our first time traveling with our pets and they did great! We utilized the pool several times and my husband was able to get in a round of golf. The view off of the back patio was overlooking one of the course holes and there was a cute little creek. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful place and vacation!

We had a great time at this condo. Everything was like it was listed. The only issue is that the wood in the sliding glass doors needs to be longer so the doors can't open from the outside. Other than that we had a great time and would definitely rent here again. Thank you!

Place was clean and pretty much as described. Bathroom fan in master bathroom is non functioning and makes a clicking noise, unfortunately it is part of the light. Dryer’s buzzer is obnoxiously loud and goes off for a loooong time, same with the microwave. In all none of that effected our stay. Place was clean and kitchen well stocked! Overall it was a good place to spend our week!

Location of property was fantastic as we were only about 10 minutes from most attractions. Our balcony was on the backside of the golf course and was beautiful. We saw ducks and deer and enjoyed watching the golfers!

My husband and I stayed at this property for our anniversary weekend. We had a wonderful time! The condo was nice and clean with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Sonya was great! She gave all the information needed and responded quickly to my messages. The location was perfect as it was an easy little jaunt up to 76. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Branson.

This was a nice place to stay, but there were a few key things that made this less than 5 stars for us. The master bath drain was broken, the washing machine was VERY loud, the main light over the dining table was not working, and the coffee maker took more than an hour to make a full pot of coffee. The kitchen was also not stocked very well. But, the beds were comfy, the tv was very nice, and we still had a nice stay. It was convenient to get places and we used the pool every day, which was awesome.
