Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral. Termini HBF ist zu Fuß 4min entfernt. Das Zentrum ist auch nur 10min zu Fuß entfernt.

Die Gegend ist Nachts etwas gefährlich, am besten dort nicht aufhalten. Vorallem ist es auch sehr dreckig!

It smells like molds but you can open the windows to be more comfortable. Cr is ok if youre not too fat and tall

There is nothing much to like in that place, just the air conditioning.

The cleanliness of the room and washroom was very poor, the washroom was very small and the shower was broken and very dirty and it had black lines on it, had to call the owner to re-clean it up. The refirigerator was leaking water when we entered the room and the water is all over the place had to use the towels. Not all the facilities are there which were listed in the list. The towels and bed sheets had holes in them. The lamp on the side of the bed is missing bulb.

The stuff knocks at ur door at 9 and yells if you need a clean when you’re just peacefully sleeping. Check out was 10 and the guy came at 9:10 and was nervous about us not getting out already. No communication with the owner. Absolutely no safety, wouldn’t leave my things there alone.

Location, clean, big space and free coffee all the time

Service room on second day, they didn’t even bring us a clean towel.

I likes how close it is to the city centre and I loved the bed. it was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on

the shower had no pressure at all. it was like showering under the rain: very frustrating. it would also turn to freezing to boiling in a second. very hard to manage.

Affordable and close to train

Check in was horrible. They didn’t answer the bell at the front door. As tourists we don’t have internet or phone so we had to go to a restaurant owner to call the phone number for us. They did not explain this at booking. We were brought to another apartment (not the one listed) for whatever reason. This was another guest house - it was satisfactory but was right next to the station and therefore was very loud. In the apartment, everything looked great except for the shower drain. The shower drain looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years and clogged up. The water poured out went all over the washroom. I had to use towels to clean it all up. Guy that helped us check in was very accommodating. Nice guy and I wouldn’t change a thing about him.
