Хозяйка гостевого дома произвела хорошее впечатление: все подробно объяснила, рассказала, как добираться до разных достопримечательностей. Отличный завтрак! Сам гостевой дом находится у вокзала, что очень удобно как добираться из аэропорта, так и до метро. До центра 20 минут пешком.

Слышно все что происходит в туалете и в коридоре.

Our host Monica was very attentive to our needs and provided great self selected breakfasts in our rooms each morning. The location was excellent close to the station which helped all our travel needs. Perfect facilities and nurturing for a couple of weary travelers on their last stop

Very good location. Metro, bus, train just a few minutes walk. Breakfast was good as well. Hostess Monica was very helpful, knowledgeable and just very sweet overall.

De gastvrijheid en klantvriendelijkheid. Eigenaresse was via whatsapp uitstekend bereikbaar. Goed ontbijt. De locatie is op loopafstand van station Termini.

Appartementen zijn gehuisvestigd op de 5 e etage. Weliswaar is er een kleine lift midden in het trappenhuis, maar er is geen andere vluchtmogelijkheid bij bv. brand in dat trappenhuis. Dat zie je overigens in veel hotels. Wel zijn er brandblussers en de vluchtroute is duidelijk aangegeven. Deuren lijken overigens wel brandbestendig.

Muy agradable y atenta nuestra anfitriona Mónica, q nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y simpatía. Desayuno excelente,abundante y a todo detalle. Camas cómodas. En general una buena experiencia.

Everything was perfect, but the best part of my stay was how wonderful. Monica was! She genuinely cares and goes above and beyond.

Monica is great and made us feel welcome. A lovely guest house near the Termini which was perfect for us.

The shower was a bit small for me wish it was a bit bigger but not a problem.

Monica was very friendly and helpful. The daily menus for breakfast were great. The breakfast was brought to your room at whatever time you requested and the food was delicious with plenty of options.

It was better than we had hoped for! It was directly beside the Termini station, and the location was close to the centre of things. Restaurants to coffee shops are all walking accessible. The room is spacious and the beds/pillows were super comfortable. Thankfully there is air conditioner which was very much needed as we travelled during a hot season. We cannot say enough about the host, Monica, who welcomed us with open arms from day 1. She is friendly, accommodating, and available to answer any questions or need some assistance. She made our stay and trip easy, comfortable and enjoyable. From the check in and check out to housekeeping, daily breakfast, clear and prompt communication, and quick resolutions. For example, when we had a hard time getting into the building or when we had problems with the safe, Monica was prompt in providing a solution. The breakfast was fresh and a lot more than anticipated.

The only thing was the shower- due to the gap at the front and on the sides, it would often have minor leaks after a shower; because it can easily wiped up with a towel, it didn’t bother us.

there was nothing I did not like

Monica went above and beyond to accommodate us. Her directions to the hotel were spot on. We had plenty of coffee and food for breakfast each morning with a large variety of options and she even packed us a snack when we left on our last day! Facility was a 3 minute walk from trains and buses.

The only thing negative that I experienced was the shower head needed to be replaced, because it did spray water outside the shower

Amazing location right next to the Rome main train station. Room is big and comfortable. Water kettle refrigerator, fast internet, and all the amenities included. Monica is an amazing host that delivers breakfast to your room every morning. She is fast communicator and is an excellent host. This is one of the best stays in Europe.

Owner was so helpful and sweet. She really made us feel special! Location is great if u want to be close to train station.
