El desayuno, la habitación y la ubicación del hotel
A hora de la limpieza no hicieron cambio de toallas ni suplieron de objetivos de aseo personal como, jabón y shampo.

Los colaboradores son muy comprometidos con el bienestar del huésped. Los admiro mucho por su tenacidad y amabilidad.
¡La habitación era perfecta! Lo que más me gustó fue la tranquilidad. Podría vivir allí si pudiera. ¡Todo muy limpio!
El café estaba rico: Personalmente es una combinación muy para los aficionados al café...
Buenas opciones para el desayuno.
Volvería sin dudarlo.
El baño debía permanecer con la puerta cerrada puesto que, por las regillas de ventilación, entraba un olor a humo de asados... Supongo que por el diseño del hotel, los extractores se ubican por esa zona.

Great hotel with lovely views of the city, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, great shower, good soundproofing, and a nice breakfast that was different every morning we were there. Staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating

The place was the most comfortable stay I had in Colombia, the bed was comfy, the AC was amazing, it was quiet with no partying noises from outside, and most important - the staff at reception was sincerely kind, and helped in whatever they could. Not quite the place to meet people if you're a solo traveler, but an amazing stay if you just want to rest for a few days.
Maybe they could go a bit easier with the coffee sented room spray

El personal es muy atento y dispuesto. El hotel es muy bonito y está ubicado en un lugar accesible y a la vez muy tranquilo.
El hotel recibe muchos grupos (turismo, equipos de fútbol, etc) y eso colapsa un poco e sistema de desayuno, front desk, aseo, etc. El precio es un poco elevado en el último tiempo.

Breakfast was very very limited . Nit any choices at all . Bed was not as comfortable as it should be seems mattress are old.

Friendly and helped organize two salon rooms last minute for wedding ladies massages and pedi/mani.

The hotel was quiet (good distance away from bars/clubs) so slept really well, the staff were really helpful and the breakfast was good

The worst service I have ever had in an hotel. I reserved A tour with them, I asked confirmation and then the morning of the tour no one come to the hotel. The receptionist said to us that they can book a private service ( with the relative Extra cost), only after 2 hours lost they found an other alternative. Also the room was bad, the hairdryer did not work… a very bad experience.

The setting and lovation with the creek running behind the hotel.
All good but hall carpet needed to be vacumed better. White lint on flor which made it appears dirt. It may have been lint from the sheets but a little details that would have given the appearance of more cleanliness.

It's in a great part of town, right next to Provenza and not too far from a metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop jacuzzi is terrific. Our balcony was at just the right height to do some bird spotting.
I would have liked a fridge in the room, and it's a shame the rooftop bar was closed, it would have given virtually a 360 degree view.
