Very clean, large rooms, quality bedding and linens. Safe and nice location. Nice wokring space and kitchen. Also a laundry room that is fully equipped.

They charge extra for a second person if she's colombian, even if you paid for double occupancy, they assume all local women are "working" gjrls, unfortunately. Very noisy as for some strange reason there are windows in the rooms facing the hallway. Windows to street are single pane and also noisy. Restaurant has some overpriced mediocre dishes (langouste for 100k + pesos actually just five small boiled shrimp) The spa isn't good, 130k pesos for a facial that was supposed to be 45 minutes but was literally just one application of cream, steam, and a wiping. 15 minutes max.

Alejandra and the team made our stay at Estelar la torre suites an incredible time. Whenever I'm travelling to Medellin I stay at this hotel. Best value for price in the city.

Pool times. They had to close at 4pm every day, eventhough the sun was shining.

Faster food service at night

Cant rate this place highly enough, lovely staff, super clean and an amazing breakfast! I had a huge apartment for just myself with dining area, two bathrooms and what was super useful was a utility room with clothes washing and drying facilities, a god send when you are travelling around south america!!
