The staff was amazing! The location was nice. The breakfast was not bad. The beds were comfortable.

The pool was closed. I would not have booked this one if I knew that. I booked it specifically for the pool for the children.

Staff were friendly and overall accommodating The Bed was ok and our room stayed cool. The clerk at the front desk gave our guests a better room when we checked in, since it reeked of smoke and was not properly prepped.

The bathroom light is set on a motion detector, and it turns off after 20 seconds, which makes showering a challenge. Adjusting the light for a few minutes would be better. Our family quests in another room had to deal with noisy people throughout the evening slamming doors and loud TV in a nearby room.

the room was over whelming with the smell of Clorox floor was still wet bed looked as if maid threw the pillows and comforter on from across the room sink was dirty and the Clorox smell again was so over powerful we could not stay in the room the receptionist had to bring fabuloso up to combat the Clorox smell also the towels were coffee stained like fresh coffee stain had to bring them down get new towels the hand towels weren’t folded and there wasn’t any toilet paper yet another call and trip to the receptionist for that all this for one night stay

the room was not ready when we got there, the micowave was dirty, the bed was lumpy, and it is really stupid to have to pay a deposit after paying so much for the room we will never stay there again

Everything about our stay was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and plentiful, with a decent variety of choices. The staff at the front desk were friendly, even talking to and joking around with our kiddos. She was great! I also enjoyed the price that we paid for the room we booked! I was pleasantly surprised and thankful that we were able to get an exceptional stay at a price we could afford!

The only issue we had was during check in. My credit card was approved on my end but declined on the merchant’s end, but the funds were removed from the account. I had to pay with a different card and still currently waiting on the funds to be returned to the other card. Essentially, I was charged twice for the same booking. luckily, I had the extra funds, but under most circumstances for most middle class families, this would have been a terrible situation.

The bathroom was nasty,not clean at all.Dusty and hair in the tub.Looked like puke was on the toilet bowl, Definitely was not happy about it.

Nothing, this hotel was in terrible shape.

The housekeeping was awful; the bathroom was dirty, towels were barely folded, toiletries thrown in a pile in the corner of the vanity. The carpet had holes in it, and the bed was poorly made and had hair on it.

Staff was very sweet

Cleanliness of my room, you could tell the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly in a good couple of weeks, the kitchen counter was not clean and the fridge still had previous tenants drinks in it. I went down and had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean my own room. I was never offered to be put in a clean room, just handed some clorox disinfectant pray and a washrag. I didn't have enough picture room to post more from my stay!
