Amazing place to stay if you have a large group and want to be minutes away from the beach. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the game room, the outdoor setup, and the extra items in the storage shed. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be planning a trip back to this property.

We always have the best time at this property! It is so well appointed with everything you need to be comfortable and happy. The layout is fantastic with space for everyone to be together or spread out. Our host had the house decorated for the holidays so it was beautiful for our family Christmas together. The location can’t be beat-close to groceries, general shopping and the beach a quick drive away. We will certainly be back.

The property provided almost everything we needed and was very uniquely laid out. Plenty of bathroom space and gathering areas. The enclosed backyard/courtyard made having children and a pet easy. More than enough towels, sheets, and even toiletries(like shampoo) were provided. The kitchens had well more than enough tools, appliances, utensils, cleaning supplies and space for whatever we needed, including baking a one year olds birthday cake. The hot tub was clean and well-placed. We were within walking distance(if you are an able walker) of the beach, a nice playground, and even the Main Street in downtown Rehoboth. Very close many restaurants, shops, a bank/atm. Close enough to main roads for convenience but not close enough to head the traffic unless windows were open. Quiet, clean residential neighborhood. Technology in the house was a plus. Many TV’s all with cable, decent internet and bandwidth, outdoor speaker system which we never got to try out. Also missed out on the pool table/ping pong table topper but that’ll happen when you have young children. Not needing to bring sheets, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and the like since they were all provided was a great touch. Large grill in yard was perfect for barbecuing. Overall, I’d recommend this home to anybody. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Property had everything it claimed. Loved the seating for 8 comfortably at every meal. AC worked great. The traffic was bad.

Excellent experience in this property! I went to the beach with my husbands family and we had an awesome time! My husband and I and our 2 month old baby stayed in the masters bedroom and it was so spacious, I absolutely loved it!! I did not feel bad about not offering the master’s bedroom to my in-laws because the house’s lay out made it perfect for us to have our own space and his family to have their own space with the rest of the bedrooms and another living space at the other side of the house! We used all spaces in the house for family time: the game room, living room and backyard. The hot tub was great to have and so was the fire pit! A Plus that washer, dryer and soap was available and a lot of other necessities! The house is complete! It was about an 18 minute walk to the beach (Dewey) and the beach was not over crowded like it is in rehoboth. We had a blast! Amazing beach weekend and we were so sad that the week went by to fast! Thank you Suzanne for an awesome weekend and Suzanne and team for being so responsive!

The house and grounds are very well kept and there is plenty of room. The bathrooms and kitchen look to be newly renovated. Washer and dryer was a commercial quality set. The hot tub and outdoor shower were great. Love having 4 bathrooms and 3 refrigerators with our crew. And we enjoyed the game room. I highly recommend this house and have already booked it for our next vacation to the beach!

We stayed a second time in this property in July, 2021. It's a really nice house with all the amenities. There are 6 bikes including two relatively new ones. It was nice to have some helmets and a bicycle pump, too. There are numerous good-quality beach chairs and umbrellas. We used the beach cart every day as well. The grill is terrific. The kitchen had lots of utensils and plenty of spices. The beds are comfortable and there are lots of bath towels. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the serene setting out back. We hope to return for a third time soon!

I can really not say enough about the property. Everything was perfect for our stay, even though the weather was not great for us, there was plenty to do. The game room kept us entertained, the kitchen was perfect! Double ovens kept us fed during the rainy days. I was amazed by the outdoor space, it was perfect and gave me a few ideas to bring home to my garden space as well. Tranquil, TONS of space, completely covered as far as amenities including bikes, boards, umbrellas and cart for beach. Perfect for a family, or a friendly gathering. I would heartily recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful time over the kids (teenager) winter break with my brother and family. The house is really nice and comfortable. We could all have our place (some of us had to work while others were playing), and also a perfect large table for big dinners. The play room with pool table, ping pong and darts is fabulous, as is the back patio and hot tub. The house is increadibly well stocked with everything you want. The only thing is that it is very close to the main 4 lane road (the only reason for the 4 star on location), but it is on a residential quiet road and you don’t notice when in the house or the secluded back yard. Easy to get to town and beach. Would totally come back!

My favorite property to rent in the Rehoboth Beach area. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and a beautiful enclosed yard perfect for evenings relaxing around the fire pit or in the hot tub. Having a large game room is a great addition for those rainy days or cold evenings. Overall, this property is so well appointed I don't even bother to consider other locations. It has everything you'll need for a wonderful family vacation.

This was our third time staying here. It’s the perfect getaway and has everything you need. We thoroughly appreciated not having to bring any linens along since Suzanne provides sheets and towels for all! This was the first time we tried the hot tub, and it was heavenly. I cannot say enough great things about this home and the location. Zero complaints. Bring the dog and enjoy an oasis near the beach!

As many others have said in their review, the pictures do not do this rental justice in terms of the space. I celebrated a birthday with a small group of loved ones and it felt like being at home, with a beach close by. The neighbors were super friendly, and appreciated that we did not park on the street. The beach was a nice walk, and the weather was perfect. I would recommend anyone looking for a weekend getaway at Rehoboth to consider this property.

We had a few problems when we first arrived, but the owner worked very hard to correct everything immediately! I was very impressed by her attention and effort to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We had eight adult family members and everyone enjoyed this beautiful home! The location is great. We can't wait to return!

Our family enjoyed this home for my son's birthday. It is a beautiful property. We liked that it is all one floor and the attached mini apartment was an awesome plus. The game room came in handy for the rainy part of our trip. The owner, Suzanne, was quick to answer any question we had. The home is in a central location to explore, enjoy restaurants and find a nice area of the beach to soak up the sun! We would love to stay here again!

Stayed during Easter break. Spacious enough for 3 families. Not sure agree with Title “Newly Renovated Luxury House.” Kitchen & Master bath dated. Needs some upkeep. Loved the patio outside & nearby trail.

This house was the perfect place to spend Thanksgiving with my extended family. The living room, kitchen and game room were great gathering spots for everyone. With 4 bathrooms and five bedrooms, everyone also had private space if they wanted. Close to plenty of great restaurants and shopping. Would definitely rent this property again, it had everything we needed and more!

This home was absolutely perfect! The rooms are beautifully appointed and provide comfortable beds and plenty of linens. There's room for gathering, and plenty of space to spread out for private time. Morning coffee in the back yard was peaceful. There's plenty of windows for natural light to flood the entire house. It was a pleasant surprise to see the house really looks like the pictures. Lovely! The main kitchen has everything needed to make meal prep a breeze, and having the extra kitchen in the in-laws suite was a bonus. We arrived and didn't need to immediately run out to the grocery store. Suzanne and Bobby were quick to respond to every question. Every bedroom has a nice size bed that's super comfortable, and there's plenty of closet space. The master suite with bathroom is spacious. I loved the ability to close off the entire suite from the rest of the house. The location is perfect. Just a bit over a five minute drive to either Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach. The recently added game room was a lifesaver. It rained five of the six days we were there, so the beach was a no-go. However, we were able to stay entertained with board games, the pool table, darts, and ping pong.... All provided by the owner. Looking forward to returning next year and renting this home. Rain or shine, it's a great place to stay.

We recently rented the house for my 40th birthday celebration and it was fantastic! We really enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and the outdoor shower was very handy when coming back from the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and we grilled or cooked in every night! The house was beautiful, inside and out, and our two dogs absolutely loved the fenced-in backyard! We really loved walking to the beach and discovering the history behind Silver Lake. There were a few items that didn't work, such as the stove in the in-law suite. However, we didn't want repairmen at the house during our stay, so we waited to report the issue until after we checked out. However, Suzanne would've fixed it immediately, if we had brought it to her attention during our stay. We found Suzanne extremely responsive, friendly and caring. Overall, we would highly recommend this property!

The house was really amazing for my family of 3 and a friends family of 5. The extra kitchen/living area allows for some privacy and because between the 2 families their was one 3 year old and three 11 month olds, that was immensely helpful!

The house is great for a group of 10-11 people, kitchen is fully stocked, the fenced in patio with outdoor shower and hot tub is really awesome! New game room and bathroom are great additions. A couple of the bedrooms and bathrooms (besides the master) are really small, but you don't spend that much time in the bedrooms anyway.

Close to everything!

We were looking for a home where we could take our dogs for a week in Rehoboth, so a fully-fenced yard was a must. This home was superb! The beautiful backyard is fully-WALLED in. No way for the pups to escape, lovely landscaping for them to explore and enjoy, and easy access to let them out from the living room and directly from the master bedroom (really convenient for middle-of-the-night potty breaks). It was also such a cozy house for us humans! We only had two people, so we didn't use a majority of the house, but it's huge and can accommodate many people comfortably. Great kitchen, fully-equipped. SO easy to walk to Dewey or Rehoboth, and so easy to hop in the car to drive anywhere. We have rented other homes for past vacations to Rehoboth, but we hope to only rent this house for our future trips. It was just perfect! Oh, and the fact that linens were all provided? WOW! You have no idea how convenient that is! I cannot say enough good stuff about our stay here. I cannot wait to book it again!

My family and I just returned from a week long stay at Rehoboth Beach and chose this home for our stay. The house was perfect for our large family and family doggies. The house was easy to find and the outside landscaping is just as pretty as the inside of the home. There are 5 bedrooms in the house and 3 full baths, but bathrooms/showers are small with the exception of the master bath which is a little bit bigger and has counter space and a bigger shower. There is a 4th full bath (with tub)currently being built. The home has been newly renovated and has gorgeous floors, nice furniture, comfortable beds, everything you would want and need for your stay. The back patio is gorgeous and is a nice area to relax and read a book or even sunbathe. There is a grill in the patio as well -nice for family BBQs. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a bonus second kitchen located in the in-law suite. We had crabs one night and used the back kitchen table for that which worked out nicely. There are beach chairs and an umbrella located in the shed for your use. The location of the home is not far from beach, but we chose to drive to the beach because walking requires crossing Coastal Hgwy which gets pretty busy most days. The home is also close to the YMCA for anyone interested in working out while on vacation. We were able to download a day pass and the staff was nice enough to extend it to 2 days. PROS AND CONS- Pros: Beautiful and clean home. Pet friendly. Perfect for large families/groups. Two stocked kitchens. TV's in every room/bedroom. One level home. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Cons: If you have kids, you will likely need to drive to beach like we did. Parking is $2/hr which can get expensive. Home is very close to main highway which may be concerning for some parents. But large back patio is fenced in. Overall we were very happy here and plan to come back. I would highly recommend this home to anyone! Don't forget to stop by The Fractured Prune (up the street) while you're there for some DELICIOUS donuts :)

We had 12 people in the house but never felt crowded. The beds and sofas were all very comfortable and the rooms were all clean and organized. There was plenty of space if we just wanted to hang out indoors and multiple TVs for when you have people with different channel preferences. We cooked about 2/3 of our meals at the house without any problem; the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, utensils, etc. Our absolute favorite feature was the hot tub! Great to relax in at night after a day of activity! The location is also fantastic. Both beaches were walkable, as well as several restaurants (luckily for us – we didn't have cars during the week). A friendly tip: the Fractured Prune is close by and definitely worth a visit! Suzanne, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely come back again.

This house was “AWESOME”! I searched long & hard to find a house near both Rehoboth & Dewey Beach, for only 3 nights. Initially, when I viewed this house, it didn’t look beachy enough for me and I thought it was odd there were no reviews. I kept coming back to it though, as it seemed conducive to my needs of having elderly parents and being pet friendly. I hoped those floor to ceiling windows in the living & kitchen areas would give us a “wow” feeling of being at the beach. And yes, they were spectacular! Working with the owner, Suzanne, was wonderful & easy. She was available, responsive to my communications and accommodating with our schedule and needs. I learned that she had just purchased the house in late 2015, recently put it on the rental market, and we would be their 2nd renters. So that answered my question, as to why there were no reviews. Once we arrived, I couldn’t believe how upscale this house was and filled with high end amenities. Just about everything you need to cook and entertain with, can be found in this kitchen. A chef’s dream! Suzanne has thought of everything, as she provides so many extras for her renters. She provides all the bed linens and towels. This was a real bonus. The sheets, bedding and mattresses in every room were super plush & comfortable. Even though 4 of the bedrooms were a little smaller than I would normally like, it didn’t matter because we only used them for sleeping. The two bathrooms shared by the 4 extra bedrooms were also small, but adequate for our needs. The cute, well- stocked “in-law” suite added to the space. Every room was very neat & clean. There was a TV in the living room, in-law suite, and every bedroom. The lighting inside & outside was super cool. Immaculate landscaping surrounded the house. Groomed and manicured describes the property with a very private courtyard, completely enclosed with a high wall in the back. So charming! A great space to gather & entertain. We didn’t have a chance to use the nice looking grill, but the hot tub was wonderful! The location of this house was easy to find right off of Rt. 1, tucked in a quiet little neighborhood. The drive to the beach was easy & quick taking less than 5 min. Lots of parking at this house was another nice perk. This short vacation worked out extremely well for us. I would definitely consider staying here again!
