Include tv channels like BBC, NHK and drama shows.

The bathroom is quite good as it separates from the toilet.

Things in the room, like the floor, the window, etc., are all broken without any repairs. Poor experience.

The room was much better than I expected, and it even had a nice and rather large balcony! It's rare for business hotels. Also, had an electric kettle (would be nice to have a teabag or two in the room, though). The only hotel I've seen so far to have single-use (though rather nice) body sponges!

The main problem was very loud noise from the street at night - doors just don't isolate sounds at all. However, was fine since I had my earplugs.

Good location, easy to find, close to the station and the place looks nice as well. The equipment is good too. Nice toilet.

Unfortunately it was really cold despite the aircon turned on and the door did not seem to be able to shut properly as the wind howled like crazy. Without any additional blanket it was quite cold and the howling was rather annoying. Maybe they should check the door :)

OK as value for money

They have free wifi but was very bad connection. The linen was cleaned but the pillow was smelled and I heve to cover by towel.

I asked them can i check in at 8 o'clock and they said yes and at no additional cost. And when i came there was no one to check us in so i called they lied and said we thought it is 8pm not am! First i didn't said 20 o'clock, plus if so it is possible because it is selectable unlike 8 am. And the pillow smells awful. The bed sheets have cigarette holes

dirty, the toilet had pee marks on the seat when we just arrived. the bed sheet seemed used, not changed. smelled bad/not fresh in the room. shower room floor looked dirty. lightning was very bad in the room.

the bed is design for couple bed not for friend bed

The clerk was a dude from Nepal. Very cool. Called me to inform me of the check in deadline.

The moldy shower curtains were gross. Sorry guys. Should probably change them.

its clean and aside from having a big refrigerator and a good microwave, it have its own washing machine inside..

It was nice experience. I was thought the bed is twin but it's 2 single bed. It's awesome. And the room kinda big. Bigger than I thought.
