Behavior of caretaker

The location is not good at all although it is near to Dasawamedh ghat, there is no transportation available to reach directly to the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is just a mockery as they don’t have any kitchen, they buy from the market and provide to the guest. There are no backup generator when there is a power cut you have bare the very hot condition inside the room, I am not going to suggest if you are going with your family. The only plus point is the behavior of the care taker is good. The three star rating is false claim.

They don't have professional staff ,no kitchen, no lift even you will not get a tea in hotel. All the electric socket was not working and when asked for extension coard ,they refuse to provide. You will get only 1 plate of Puri or 2 slice of bread toast any one of it to one person. They will not provide you extra breakfast. You will not get proper breakfast. Not recommended at all at any cost

New built property neat and clean premises,, Room size very small

Do not allow guest in room hence problem of meeting friends and business associates.. TV was not working.. Approach very inside gali which is very narrow and untidy..

Not approachable by vehicle. The walk from the main road is quite long, around 10 to 15 mins dragging your luggage walking up to this hotel

Extremely professional and friendly staff going out of their way to take care of their guests. I got to know them at a personal level and there’s no task big or small for them. Anyone looking to experience Kashi in all its flavor should stay at this property.

A little bit off the main street so there’s a bit of walking involved through the maze of narrow lanes. It you are traveling heavy please let the property know in advance to help get you to the hotel with proper staff.

It's not value for money. This hotel located near river front but not accessible through vehicle. You need to reach this location by walk. This place is not suitable for elderly person. Also hotel staff was arrogant, and they don't accept UPI payment or online payment.

The hotel staff gave good advice on how to visit the holy shrine and arranged for inhouse guide.

The hotel location is too far inside from any transport. We had to carry all our bags through the busy street as the hotel staff refused to send any help. We could not locate the hotel as it is too inside the small bylanes. They insisted on payment prior to arrival and upon arrival to settle all payment before handing over keys. We had to request reception to switch on the mains for using hot water heater. Not convenient at all. Suggest to take any hotel outside the busy area and use public transport and walk to temple. Atleast you get decent hotels.

The rooms are really spacious and clean and the staff are wonderful. They are really helpful and the facilities are a good value for the price.

They charged us extra because my daughter entered the room for an hour she did not even sleep there she slept in the hostel but just for entering the room they charged 500 rs extra.

Location is very bad 😔 and no support from hotel management. If you have good muscle to carry yours luggages to 2 km without rickshaw and any other support then you must check in. Management is very unsuppotive bad behaviour.. never check in..

Staff care for our safety, we get call from hotel. location shared through whatsapp driver.

Closeness to Ghat

There is no staff...owner family themselves do the work then you can imagine to what extent they would work.. Rooms were cleaned only once in a 4 day trip.. Intercoms were non working...Towels and bedsheets were not changed even once knowing it's corona period.. Overall a pathetic experience

Courteous and very friendly staff, Good facilities. Spacious room, round the clock hot water, Excellent hygiene. Good breakfast.

Difficulty in reaching the hotel. It can be reached only by walk for about 300 mtrs as the connecting roads to the hotel are very narrow. Not a big issue considering the advantages the property has to offer.

We liked the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Well made bathroom and overall tidiness and cleanness of the hotel. Great location. You can reach the ghats in few minutes.

Spacious room. Very clean and hygienic. Bathroom was very spacious too and clean. Very close to Dasaswamedh ghat. Price is very considerable and lower than most of the rooms available near the property.

Unexpected The behaviour of staff the propert and the location and their all management team was great and the hotel in this price is excellent and they serve best quality stay and they also advice the best ever tour at very low cost and the guide which was given by the hotel was a excellent guy. I love the stay and recommend the hotel. Over all unexpected and excellent stay in varanasi.

The hospitality of hotel management was great.This place is near to Kashi Vishwanath temple and Ganga river grat place for meditation and quite. Hotel is very clean. Staff behaviour and service is very best. The also provide experience tour guide for varanasi visit. Overall experience is amazing
